I wonder how cooling is going down the pile as it seems around 2 to 3 feet height of the potatoes' pile? A better way is to put the potatoes' in a mesh type bag of 100 kg holding capacity and then stack them on top of each other with walking spaces in between to allow air to circulate all around. I would like to have a follow up video on it
