@@ericship111 the rewards are very generous in racing games no mater where u place that isnt a problem with racing gaMES the grind is not much thats not a plus its tooo easy in racing games now its a become a negative we need slow progression like the old forza games where u dont just start in some rich mans car and make a million in your first hour

@@ericship111 U can actually go through checkpoints in the grand race. The reason u thought that checkpoint was solid was because of the tree at 6:06.

6:07 - You hit one of the indestructible trees, not the checkpoint. Also, while I absolutely LOVE the game so far, there are a few little glitches and issues I've had with Motorfest so far.
1) I use the turns-only racing line so I know when to brake, but there are times when it just plain doesn't show up.
2) When using Photo Mode and going back to gameplay, the frame rate tanks hard (PC, BTW). The only workaround I've found is to constantly switch between Windowed mode and Borderless mode as needed.
3) The Donut Media playlist felt really biased with which option was the "correct" option, as some of the events I just couldn't win no matter how many times I tried on various difficulties. The AI was essentially a slot car powered by insane rubberbanding.
4) Many of the speed traps and the like have vastly incorrectly labeled targets, some as high as 450+ MPH. When you drive through them, it tells you the correct target, but the in-world label is wrong on a lot of them.
5) On the topic of speed trap labels, they sit against the road, grow larger as you approach them, and aren't translucent at all, which makes seeing traffic vehicles on the other side of them impossible. I've had to redo a number of runs because of this.
Yeah good spot, solid objects can really mess you up I’ve found and accidentally missing a checkpoint
The handling on this game looks terrible. Looks fun...but the driving physics look horrible.
Piece of advice Eric, use Sport on traction and ESP, allows you to actually get going but you can still slide a bit if you want to.

I really don’t understand people complaining about chaos in pvp . It’s an arcade race it’s meant to be chaotic for fun and unserious . If you want clean racing go play sim races, there are plenty of them .
And then people are also complaining that they can’t get 1st or it is hard . It’s not ranking , you get a bit more cash and exp for being ahead , but that’s not the point of grand race .
Monster truck in derby is OP. I tried ramming into one at 20 health and I died XD

I would love to see an obstacle course builder mode in the future where players can build their own obstacle courses for the vehicles to make their way through kind of like a total wipeout for cars

Let’s be honest, the crew is good, but the real hype is watching Eric have fun with the it. We need the long races back like the crew 2!
I'm new to this, so I did not play crew 2. I jumped into these races as well and had no clue which cars would be better or any of that. The first demolition derby I actually did not realize I was on a team until it was finished lol.

Eh it's just funny to me, this game isn't serious at all. If you want clean racing then you shouldn't be playing a game That uses boost and allows you to go 300+ miles an hour and switch to an entirely different car mid race. It's a arcade game, its mean to be stupid like this

I'm still not proud of myself after that at 7:17 in the video. At first I didn't think it was actually you until this video appeared today in my recommend. I still know that what I did there was a dirty move, but I now try to let the faster players get ahead of me now ever since this has been in my recommend. I'm sorry for not letting you pass by me Eric.
I also got hit by another play when we got into the rally cross cars I was one of the people that got launched into the tree at 6:13 of the video.
Is it me or does the handling and physics seem the same from the last game ? Off-road looks like a slip and slide even more so than the road. 👀

Yeah I noticed that while driving around I must admit I also miss all the animals that were in the crew 2 one of my favourite things was to take pictures of the wildlife , are there even birds in this game?
