WTF why was Andrew’s Lil Wayne impression absolutely SPOT ON
Bird respiration! I learned this on college but Sam is partly right, they don't have lungs like mammals do!! Unlike how our lungs work like bellows, just taking a single breath in and releasing it right away, they have like a breathing pathway that allows them to just sing and fly nonstop while they breathe, it's weird. One breath goes in and it goes through 4 sections of their system before being exhaled again. So we only have 1 breaths in our bodies at a time, birds technically have 2. Its like the respiratory version of a cow having multiple stomachs to get more nutrients out of their food. They have a much more efficient way of getting oxygen from their breaths into their blood due to their respiratory system, so that's why it seems like they can do so much more than we can. We need to talk about this more, I've worked in the cannabis industry for six years and there are people whose bodies process edibles in a way that makes you hallucinate. I hear about it all the time you are not alone.
If gardening is not for you I totally get that but edibles are not the move if you have little experience. Try a SMALL hit of a vape pen, vapes are instant onset time and have the shortest duration.
Oh and sorry Sam the smell of it is the best!
Yes and I would suggest a blend with a higher CBD to T H C ratio.
Haha I was thinking the same, when I didn’t smoke I hated the smell of it too - and now I enjoy it! Vapes and dabs typicallly don’t smell too strongly though.

One of my twin sons is in the 1% of the population ALLERGIC to 'gardening'. He found out after ending up in the ER after vomiting for a couple of days.

Hey, Andrew. I have Keratoconus, too. I got cross linking surgery on both eyes. It is supposed to stop it from getting worse. It worked really well for one eye to where I got 20/20 vision. The other eye didn't get worse but still a little better. My eyesight is way better after surgery.
I also got cross linking! What an experience haha it didn’t improve my eyesight but it’s the reason I’m able to wear the glass contacts now! -andrew

For gardening making you anxious or hallucinate, it could depend on the amount and strain you take. With edibles, its tricky. From my experience, even if you take the same amount of gummy and the same brand, the strength could affect you differently. For beginners/first-timers always take half of the edible. If nothing happens, i recommend not to take more, and then and just try again another time.
❤❤❤❤Hey, I just wanted to say that y’all have helped me so much and all y’all advice. I am 11 about to turn 12 in August and I’m in middle school. Lots of people judge other kids and make fun of them but some of Sam’s normal videos really help me and her talking about her ADHD and her weight issues/journey because even though I’m really young I do have a couple things I can relate to and at school I get really insecure a lot of times because all the girls in my school are way thinner than me, and I feel like I’m not doing something right sometimes but when I watch y’all podcast and Sam’s videos, it helps me remember that everyone is different. Kate Middleton was in the hospital for abdominal surgery not a facelift. I don't think she is missing or dead, I think she may have had issues with the surgery and it's taking longer to heal; like not resting enough before allowing her incisions to heal properly. I think the post she made on social media of her and the kids was for Mother's Day in the UK.

Ok I have to admit this. Andrew you are not alone. The first time I gardened was in high school, I was on FaceTime with my boyfriend at the time. My arms literally disappeared and my phone was floating with my hands attached. I full blown panicked I had no arms and then saw dogs on my kitchen counter top. THEN, I googled how to ungarden yourself and the internet said to eat whole pepper corns, it indeed did not work. Never again.

I have so much to say, BUT Sam's questions about gardening and anxiety- to each their own. For me, it was illegal and I was anxious about THAT. I literally looked up videos // articles like "How to get unhigh" or "I am too high" and lowkey its SO funny thinking back on. My bf is like a avid gardener, all the time every day kinda thing- and even he gets too much or like feels anxious sometime.
