Hello Sheila, I’m new to your channel and enjoying your content, I’ve been watching some of your older videos of your jumpers you have made I was wondering if you have the pattern of the light blue one with the stripes or was that your own pattern, I’ve been knitting for years but no good without a pattern, I’ve knitted a lot of things for my own children and now they are all grown up and no grandchildren yet I thought I would knit something for myself. The wool from Aldi does it go bobbly and fluffy with wear as some yarn does do this and it’s very annoying as it doesn’t look nice, all your jumpers and cardigans look lovely. I hope you don’t mind me asking. Julie x
all my jumpers and cardigans are my own patterns Julie, and a lot were knitted with Aldi's wool some was ok but a lot went fluffy, i have one of those gadgets that takes the fluff off so worth the money,, i only have my own size in the blue stripey jumper but not written into a pattern..
Hi Sheila. 5/6/24 Lorraine from Botanic Ridge in Victoria Australia I have 3 big hanks of pure wool here that I won’t use. Would love to get it to you but have no idea of the cost, or even how to get it to you. I will try and send a pic and you can tell me if it’s any good to you. I think it’s 5ply and came from Bendigo Woollen Mill equal to what used to be called Azalea. I will have to ask my daughter how to send pic. If it’s any good to you. xx LorraineRaven
