- Its 2024 and what better time to be playing skyrim! Today we are diving into a new run and exploration of the game as I intend to discover if Todd Howards wonderful and divine TESV or skyrim anniversary edition as we normies would call it, is a perfectly balanced game with no exploits. My goal today is rather simple to become as overpowered as possible using a super cheesey strategy of increasing my attack speed to a point higher than the game can process. In order to pull this off I will be using all skyrim bugs, glitches and exploits possible to create a very unique and broken skyrim build.
So whilst most of you are watching the fallout tv show and wanting me to do a fallout 4 video I am instead playing skyrim again! You cant stop me!!! Ok fine yes we will be doing a fallout video too.

That’s not a theory. It’s a fact. Hard and cold just like the bodies spiff creates and myself after watching his videos.
Hey Spiff, you can actually take weapon speed way further if you use a vampire character with both the necromage perk from restoration and the bloodworm helm from one of the add-ons. If a vampire character has both of them, taking dual flurry will permanently DOUBLE weapon speed while dual-wielding. They both also increase the power of elemental fury. You can end up performing a dual-wielding power attack faster than you can even see. Dragon aspect also powers up elemental fury too, but it's a lot more work to get.

Iirc elemental fury doesn't work with enchanted weapons because it's the same button they used as a shortcut to burn a soulgem and repower it.
@@30noir But you can use other shouts while holding enchanted weapons, that doesn't make any sense
It is the button you use, but you use that button in the inventory screen not the field
@@syrelian that guy is talking nonsense elemental fury doesn't work with enchanted weapons because like we saw, the shout is supposed to be an enchantment to your equipped weapon, if its currently enchanted you cant enchant it again
@@asm7069 Yeah thats what I figured(even though its not really an enchant, as shown), I was just deeply confused by the logic
He forgot the Death Brand Armor! It has an enchantment that increases Duel Flurry speed even more!
Doesn’t matter it’s still impossible to go even faster than he ended up going.
@@Greenhawk4 Are you sure, have you tried this exploit yourself? Beyond that, it's still a really cool underappreciated set of Armor! Every playthrough I always get it, even if I'm not playing as a Light Armor Character. Often in those cases I give it to Serana until I Craft & Enchant her the best Dragonscale Armor I can as her final Armor Set.

@@Greenhawk4 still, he might have been able to go to the maximum attack speed if he was wearing this armor without the need to use shouts (which take a while to recharge and having to constantly reequip stuff just so that your build can work is silly)
@@werd3426 You are welcome, it's a bit of a nuisance to get but is incredible. It is on Solsthiem and has a whole Questline to get it.

I don’t know why, but it did for me as well.
The fact that after 10+ years of playing Skyrim I still didn't know that quest existed shows why I'm still playing Skyrim (in VR) to this day.
Don't be too worried that quest line was one of the creation club content added to the anniversary edition of the game

i think i mentioned this before, but it's still interesting:
one of my favorite tricks is the "Impact" perk in the Destruction skill tree.
it makes "Dual Cast" spells Stagger almost any enemy, unless they are really powerful, with EVERY cast.
to pull that off, you just need a destruction skill of 40, and 3 perk points, one point in the most basic skill, that reduces the casting cost of "novice" spells 50%, one point in "Destruction Dual Cast", which enables you to equip the same spell in both hands and press both buttons at once to do an extra-powerful version of the spell, and the Impact perk itself.
to top it off, i like to equip "lightning bolt", and also put at least on Perk Point into the Destruction perk that makes Electric spells stronger.
with that "build", you can *Stagger-lock Dragons* !
it's QUITE overpowered!
Pity there's basically 0 damage scaling for spells in the base game. Destruction spells get a measly 50% of each element in their own perk, and they can get potions. That's the only damage scaling they get (Man Bethesda must really hate mages after the over-powered magic in Morrowind and Oblivion). But yeah, Impact stun locking is fun, just sucks that you basically need to carry a destruction pot to deal any decent damage.

Absolutely love the little facts throughout the vid! I could be wrong about this but it looked like for the first ebony warrior test the swords were in the wrong hands, which would mean he wasn't being hit with windshear and wasn't getting stunlocked. Such an awesome build though!
For those asking, The GREYBEARDS level up with the player, and they max out at level 150. So they are the highest level NPCs in Skyrim.
Anduin also levels up with the player up to level 100.
Karstaag gets to level 90, is the frost Giant Ghost found in Dragonborn.
Ebony Warrior is level 80.
Edit: It seems there are some followers/friendly NPCs that level up with the player character AND don't have a level cap, either because a bug or because intended behaviour so take this with a grain of salt.
I thought Frea from Dragonborn didn't have a level cap?
Isn’t the magical anomalies the highest? I thought they didn’t have a level cap and scaled 1.7 times the player level
Jzargo levels up with the player too, making him arguably the strongest follower you could have
@@xanderx2648 The magical anomalies suffer from a bugged health pool, I believe, but I don't think they technically count as NPCs.
@@JohnnyCaje except he has the shittiest spells in arsenal. The only saving grace is that he can wear heavy armors and have good one-handed skills so if you changed ai to warrior he's an absolute tank. Other than jzargo both frea and another dawn guard woman also has no level cap. Frea is better since she's one five followers that can dual wield naturally.

I was wondering if Spiff had remembered that the Ebony Warrior had damage reflect, glad to know that he hadn't. First time I ever got to the Ebony warrior, I sneak attacked him with dagger... and from the x30 damage modifier... instantly I fell over dead. Never forgotten about that since then.

Please do a Two Worlds video. I know that game is fairly hated for the glitches, and sometimes nonsensical mechanics, but I absolutely love it. It's so easy to become a god by hording taint, dropping it at twilight, and making delicious potions out of ghoul brains. I have broke that game so many times by summoning a large horde of undead enemies, then either slicing through the crowd, or casting a very powerful life stealing necromancy spell. It's fun in the sense that you know you're a god and nothing can compare to your overwhelming power. Definitely right up your alley Brit

also fun fact you can run dual lucky daggers as a build " If Valdr is attacked by an enemy before he finishes talking at the end of the quest, the dagger will still be put into the Dragonborn's inventory. After the enemy is defeated, he will restart his speech and give the Dragonborn a second dagger."

18:10 The ebony warrior has access to the perk “reflect blows” on the heavy armor tree which has a chance of causing melee damage to be reflected back at you
This. On higher difficulties, hitting him with your maxed-out upgraded melee weapons can easily one-shot you
When spiff was attacking the Ebony warrior all I can think of is “Standing here I realize”

Dawn/Dusk Fang is a fantastic weapon if you are doing a vampire playthrough as it is pretty strong but it's most useful quality is that it acts as a watch where if its blue you know you wont take sun damage upon walking through a door. There are plenty of stronger weapons though so it's sort of a niche.
3:27 best combo for this is Valdr's Lucky Dagger, due to it's 25% chance to crit: The reason this is important is that CRITS STAGGER OPPONENTS! This makes an amazing combo, even in a game with bug fixes!

Day 299 of asking Spiff to play Battle Realms. Back from vacation and a Skyrim video awaits me, what a treat.
Todd should just hire Spiff to be a game tester for all his games. He finds every bug that will make a normally difficult mission and make it trivial
And Todd would label those Bugs a Feature.
the game is over a decade old, these bugs are very well known. He didn't discover them.

Spiff! I think I found my own cheesey goodness in Skyrim! I had started a wood elf play through and while using their ability I realized you can get any level animal on your side. I’m sure there’s other animals to test it on but I was able to use the ability in two mammoths, attack their giant, and watch as they came to my aid and ganged up on the giant! It was really.. frustrating. I see less and less challenge in this game but I know you have been thriving on that exact principle, so I figured I’d share!

I love these Skyrim videos. I started a new playthrough and i used the sneak exploit. I got to level 81 and im pretty much immortal besides some stronger enemies. Ill definitely use some of thwse glitches in my playthrough.

Man you forgot necromage as a vampire, and possibly that helm i believe to boost it even further. Even with just necromage and you learn dual flurry, it gets buffed x 1,25. The 1,35 speed buff becomes like 1,69.

It's perfect for breaking. Mechanics, content, the economy... Everything can go all crashing down with the actions of a single brit
Idea for a new video: Heroes of Might & Magic 3. Choose a large map with many towns and choose starting hero as Dessa the battlemage. If you level Dessa up with expert air and earth magic and with the respective teleportation spells you’ll break the game by being able to outmanoeuvre any enemy hero because Dessa’s unique bonus is in logistics
