I actually made these for my 3 year olds birthday party using your recipe and watching the TH-cam video. They were delicious! My buttercream separated some though but it still tasted great! The best part is the fresh strawberry on top. It added such a burst of tartness against the sweet cupcake.

Batter very good, buttercream... ehm no. Would be much better with some nice cream like chocolate or white chooclate ganache, mascarpone-vanilla cream or some firmer version of whipped cream.
