I learned a lot from your interview questions video & it helped me a lot in clearing my understandings & Job Switch. Just a small correction for your video, modCount never decreases with element removal. It keeps on increasing as it shows modifaction count. I checked in ArrayList class as well.

if I use this code: List list = new ArrayList(); I am iterating over it and removing elements, I am not getting concurrent modification exceptions. if I use ArrayList list = new ArrayList(); then only i am getting exception

I found one bug in this when u try to add just 3 elements and try to remove using list.remove(2) , I dnt see concurrent modification exception do you have any idea why is this behavior occuring ?? I know it sounds wierd but not able to understand
