She made a little nest, I don't know how long she was out there, but it couldn't of been too long?! She had hair missing on her back and neck, so we guessed an owl, or hawk dropped her, but she's so lucky because it didn't puncture her skin. I said all that because we named her Tigerlilly. Retired nurse here…if you want to know if your surgeon is any good don’t ask another doctor, ask a surgical nurse. At the hospital I worked at 2 prominent surgeons were known cokeheads. When my mom told me the name of her surgeon, I said oh “hell no” and promptly got her in to see a better surgeon, not a Coke addict. The public is kept in the dark.
A highly prominent anaesthetist in Melbourne was addicted to ecstasy and she was almost always high during medical operations. Unfortunately in Australia we don't get that close to surgical nurses and the only times you are likely to see one is about 5 minutes before the operation.

I think infection rates should be made public, but I don’t know any other way to get the best doc unless you know a nurse in the hospital, a good nurse can find out through the grapevine what docs to stay away from.

I worked in a psyche unit in a hospital. I found out quickly that Drs are spoiled violin children. They throw fits and won't recommend a patient to another Dr because they are mad at them. Crazy!! They don't care how beneficial the other Dr would be to the patient. There was one psychiatrist that spent a lot if time locked in his office. They found lots of downloaded and printed porn pictures. I'm telling you I learned that Drs are just humans and spoiled, narcissistic ones at that. Be wary and quit treating them like a god.

Yes. I Know of some people that had some big issues when dealing with a grown man in the military trying to lure their teenage daughter away. And since the kid sent lewd photos of herself the parents were in turn threatened because they owned the phone their daughter sent the pics from. Why would your own intelligence agencies be watching over senior personnel unless there had been a suspicion of spying or similar? Bad or criminal behaviour would be down to the Military or Civil police depending on the circumstances.
Intelligence officers know the ins and outs, which is why so many serial killings go unsolved. Brian Kohberger, is a conscript of these agencies. Most of these agents, whom I have dealt with personally, have the same egomaniacal and invincible, spiritual profile. They are very, very easy to weed out… if you know for whom you are looking.
I knew one guy who was in Afghanistan who said they would put out food and shoot the father's when they'd come get it at night and put a gun in his hands. I didn't know if it was true or not, but even if it was a lie, the fact he thought that was cool I exonerated him from my life. I later found out that while he was in Afghanistan, he never left a large base and his job was entirely logistical. A man who went there usually wants some war stories to bring back lol

I live in Ottawa and we were certainly following this case. At the time I was a teenager and I went to camp on a military base one summer. That summer someone tried to do the same thing to one of the girls in my barracks… he didn’t get very far though. She fought him off and he was caught, but it was still traumatizing for all of us… especially in the years after this stuff with Williams happened.
I lived in Belleville in the 80's. It was a fantastic place to live. It has changed so much,and I felt so bad for all of you, to have to go through this. Russell Williams is evil,and deserves to stay in jail till his last breath. I hope you have a wonderful New Year 🙂⚘️.

It wasn’t embarrassing, it was eye opening. We tend to trust those in high positions of control, but this guy was creepy. My thoughts have always been with all his victims, and his wife. It must have been a massive shock. I believe she changed her name.
My hat goes off to the detective. He was extremely professional, tactical, analytical, and most importantly, calm during the entire process. What a guy.
I was a suspect in a murder case. I was only 15 at the time, the cops tunnel visioned in on me. I was dumb enough to talk to them without my dad or a lawyer present. They had no trouble twisting my words and they had me doubting my own sanity. Fortunately, the real killers (there were two) bragged to the wrong people who turned them in. The cops never said they were sorry for falsely accusing me and ruined my life. People never quite knew if I was the killer or not and they avoided me. I had to move away after I graduated from high school.

Detective Jeff did an outstanding job with the interrogation. From what I've read, he has actually almost patented certain procedural direction while interrogating suspects.This work was his masterpiece.

I think your also responsible in an indirect ways. You should have take a good look - his eyes and his behaviour. You would find some red flags. After that, a random check out of the area near him. Whether there's a mysterious death or break ins. If something pops out- there you go, to the police straight away. Problem solved. The interview style changes depends on the detective on how easily they think they can get a confession. There's another youtube video explaining this specific detective's method. Basically, he knew this guy would confess if he was approached firmly with all the evidence without yelling and screaming. The detective was right.
To me this is the greatest police/detective work I have ever seen. Extremely organized and results oriented. Even taking his tire tracings when they could not even possibly believe the colonel could be the suspect. And getting results in as fast as they found evidence. A very impressive investigation. And how apropos that he humiliated these women by taking so many pictures of them, but then pictures of him in women's underwear were revealed which was far more embarrassing.

I hear that he spends 23 hours a day in a cell, and absolutely no one is allowed to speak to him. They also burned his uniforms . Haven't confirmed these.
This Pilot was actually a regular at escort studios in Kingston. About a month or two before this break in happened my friend (who worked with me at an escort studio) told me that someone was in her house, went through hers and her kid’s underwear drawer, left the drawers open, and she was sure there was missing garments. I don’t recall if my friend reported the event. A few months later we heard about this guy. My friend and I were shocked and instantly frightened knowing that he had come so close to her, and possibly others that we worked with (assuming he may have stalked many of us). When this guy’s photo was released we instantly recognized him as a client. The industry isn’t without great risk, but living in a small city generally affords us a false sense of minor safety. There were other similar cases with different men that practically went under radar due to lack of social media at the time (s) and lack of women wanting to report situations in fear of their family learning about certain life choices.

Retired nurse here…if you want to know if your surgeon is any good don’t ask another doctor, ask a surgical nurse. At the hospital I worked at 2 prominent surgeons were known cokeheads. When my mom told me the name of her surgeon, I said oh “hell no” and promptly got her in to see a better surgeon, not a Coke addict. The public is kept in the dark.
For the most part the medical profession is like the legal one they cover up for one another.
A highly prominent anaesthetist in Melbourne was addicted to ecstasy and she was almost always high during medical operations. Unfortunately in Australia we don't get that close to surgical nurses and the only times you are likely to see one is about 5 minutes before the operation.

I worked in a psyche unit in a hospital. I found out quickly that Drs are spoiled violin children. They throw fits and won't recommend a patient to another Dr because they are mad at them. Crazy!! They don't care how beneficial the other Dr would be to the patient. There was one psychiatrist that spent a lot if time locked in his office. They found lots of downloaded and printed porn pictures. I'm telling you I learned that Drs are just humans and spoiled, narcissistic ones at that. Be wary and quit treating them like a god.

Military historians called the burning of his kit unprecedented. "I've never heard anything like that," said Jack Granatstein, director general of the Canadian War Museum. "I guess it's embarrassment as much as anything...to erase the shame and stigma" of Mr. Williams' association with the Forces. "It's an exorcism. We are exorcising the memory of Russell Williams."
"I have absolutely no idea where that idea might have come from," said Terry Copp, director of the Laurier Centre for Military, Strategic and Disarmament Studies. "It's unprecedented. I know deserters were executed during the First World War, but they'd have been given proper burial."
Cmdr. Genest said it is common in the Forces for soldiers to return their military kits at the end of their careers. Typically, uniforms in good condition are recycled, in the interests of cost effectiveness. In this case, he said, " we felt it would be very improper and inappropriate to keep this kit in the supply system," especially since some of it had Mr. Williams' name on it.
Cmdr. Genest declined to say whether the Forces was also motivated by a desire to ensure that Williams memorabilia did not fall into the hands of people who might sell it.
Various websites appear to conduct a lively commerce in items connected to famous criminals and serial killers, including Adolf Hitler, Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, Harold Shipman, Charles Manson and John Wayne Gacy.
"By making sure the kit was destroyed," he said, "you are ensuring that no one else will ever use it again."
Asked what purging the archive of every possible vestige of Mr. Williams' association with the Forces might signify, Cmdr. Genest said, "it's not my role to lend my voice to that discussion. I just know it feels right."
Within days, the Forces also intends to confiscate Mr. Williams' military medals (the Canadian Forces Decoration Medal, given for good service, and the South West Asia Service Medal, for having served at least 30 days in Afghanistan), as well as the commission scroll -- signed by the Governor General and the Minister of National Defence -- that confirms his role as a serving officer. Retiring officers usually keep the scroll.
Cmdr. Genest said the medals will be kept "in a safe place."”

I live in Ottawa and we were certainly following this case. At the time I was a teenager and I went to camp on a military base one summer. That summer someone tried to do the same thing to one of the girls in my barracks… he didn’t get very far though. She fought him off and he was caught, but it was still traumatizing for all of us… especially in the years after this stuff with Williams happened.
I lived in Belleville in the 80's. It was a fantastic place to live. It has changed so much,and I felt so bad for all of you, to have to go through this. Russell Williams is evil,and deserves to stay in jail till his last breath. I hope you have a wonderful New Year 🙂⚘️.

I was a suspect in a murder case. I was only 15 at the time, the cops tunnel visioned in on me. I was dumb enough to talk to them without my dad or a lawyer present. They had no trouble twisting my words and they had me doubting my own sanity. Fortunately, the real killers (there were two) bragged to the wrong people who turned them in. The cops never said they were sorry for falsely accusing me and ruined my life. People never quite knew if I was the killer or not and they avoided me. I had to move away after I graduated from high school.

Real time testing is expensive, but as the detective said, they had the green light to do anything for this case and essentially didn't need approval.

Detective Jeff did an outstanding job with the interrogation. From what I've read, he has actually almost patented certain procedural direction while interrogating suspects.This work was his masterpiece.

Years later....this BS and now I understand what "dead eyes" are like. He can rot.

I think your also responsible in an indirect ways. You should have take a good look - his eyes and his behaviour. You would find some red flags. After that, a random check out of the area near him. Whether there's a mysterious death or break ins. If something pops out- there you go, to the police straight away. Problem solved. But yeah, the women at the beginning did not give any clue to investigate further

The dropout is a narcissistic sociopath that inwardly resents people that have earned responsible positions that he deludes himself is of the level that he should enjoy despite lack of education and effort. In a vindictive process so subtle that it is not apparent that he has deliberately baited his target in order to achieve a fatal outcome the dropout proves to himself that he is smarter than those that despise him.

The interview style changes depends on the detective on how easily they think they can get a confession. There's another youtube video explaining this specific detective's method. Basically, he knew this guy would confess if he was approached firmly with all the evidence without yelling and screaming. The detective was right.
To me this is the greatest police/detective work I have ever seen. Extremely organized and results oriented. Even taking his tire tracings when they could not even possibly believe the colonel could be the suspect. And getting results in as fast as they found evidence. A very impressive investigation. And how apropos that he humiliated these women by taking so many pictures of them, but then pictures of him in women's underwear were revealed which was far more embarrassing.
Just goes to show that anyone can be guilty of terrible crimes. Let this be a lesson to cop0s everywhere , to never discount anyone based on their reputation or career. My deepest condolences to the survivors and families.

This Pilot was actually a regular at escort studios in Kingston. About a month or two before this break in happened my friend (who worked with me at an escort studio) told me that someone was in her house, went through hers and her kid’s underwear drawer, left the drawers open, and she was sure there was missing garments.
I don’t recall if my friend reported the event. A few months later we heard about this guy. My friend and I were shocked and instantly frightened knowing that he had come so close to her, and possibly others that we worked with (assuming he may have stalked many of us).
When this guy’s photo was released we instantly recognized him as a client.
The industry isn’t without great risk, but living in a small city generally affords us a false sense of minor safety.
There were other similar cases with different men that practically went under radar due to lack of social media at the time (s) and lack of women wanting to report situations in fear of their family learning about certain life choices.

Imagine how his wife must have felt when the police turned up at their home and finding out her husband the decorated Colonel was the serial killer responsible for all the brutal murders that had occurred close to where they lived.
