This series follows the 2023-24 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders squad from start to finish - kicking off at auditions and training camp and continuing all the way through the NFL season. From Emmy Award-winning director Greg Whiteley and the team behind Cheer and Last Chance U, the seven-episode series will give viewers unfiltered access into this iconic team and franchise. Led by longtime director Kelli Finglass, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders open their doors to document the personal stories behind the uniforms - revealing the drive, hustle, and drama among the cheerleaders and coaches. For many, it’s a dream to make the team - but that’s only just the beginning.

I consider cheerleading a high-performance sport. These women should be waaay better paid and respected. Also very sad to see the constant bodyshaming by the trainers and the testimony of the girl who suffered from anorexia. One of the judges rejected a cheerleader because her face looked a little fuller than in the photos, they were also not happy if a girl looked too thin or flat chested, ugh.
They need to get paid more! The woman (brand ambassador in the Netflix series, the daughter) who said "they're here for something higher, bigger, better than money" was clearly and definitely given that response by the PR department. It was see-through horse shit. They could dip into their millions and offer a fair wage for this incredibly hard work.
Reece is special . Genuine. And authentic… true sweetheart
I’m so happy I got to see all the behind the scenes stuff. These ladies are a class act! Wow. That’s all I have. Just so amazing to see all the work and all the dedication.
At least these women can make more money off of their likeness after the show has gotten such a wide reach. But they really should renegotiate their contracts as a team!
They aired on cmt then moved to Netflix and now they have there very own channel on pluto DCC channel
Pay these women fairly from what DC profits from them!!

Judy needs to darken her hair….she’s too old to still have bleached blonde hair…at least start by getting it low lighted blended in
"too old to" is such nonsense! Judy "needs" to do whatever in the world she wants to with her own hair, whether that's bleached blond, grey, brunette, or shocking pink. She has earned that right.

She is the perfect age to be bleach blonde. That’s fully what I intended on doing with my greys!
The blonde is actually working in her favor, it helps with her natural grey/white hair
Judy has a million other things to fix before her physical comes into question. also let people look how they want as long as they're happy.
