Ein legendäres Album. Man könnte die K und D Session von Kruder und Dorfmeister heute in den meisten Lokalitäten der westlichen Welt spielen, und sie wäre immer noch zeitgemäß und modern. Ich kenne das Album seit ca. 22 Jahren und ich habe nie wieder irgendetwas vergleichbares gehört.
Mit 16 Jahren das erste von KD gehört, heute bin ich 41. Und auch seit dem ich 16 bin, 80er 90 er Hip Hop Fanatiker. Und K&D haben es ernsthaft geschafft. Mein ganzes Leben zu begleiten. Hut ab. Solche vielseitigen Künstler findet man heute kaum noch. Wenn dann in der Kramecke im Plattenladen oder den hintersten Seiten auf Amozon. Chapeau
i bought this 2disk LP in atlanta when it came out at a record store in L5P. at the time, it's cost of $35 was the most i'd paid for an album and i'd say in the 20+ years and hundreds and hundreds of plays later, i ended up paying about $.000003 per song. This very collection is what inspired me to start making my own music, and i have been ever since. about 100 songs/visualizers i've created on my channel - and the K&D influence is unmistakeable. i love that they still collab and create magic. caught a live performance of theirs on here a couple months ago - doing completely different stuff - it was brilliant. and i think they did include one record from this LP which of course sounded completely different...they just go. that' so dope. talents extraordinaire to be sure.

i just left a similar comment on a diferent song of theirs. i feel the same way, i think it's the past memories coming back up and with them the feeling that u had back then when life was probably substantially better and far more simple.
I let my mates borrow this cd so much, never got the discs back, got to the point where I had so many spare cases that I used to be able to give ripped copies of the album in the original sleeve
