I honestly think it does make a difference. I run perk 2 greed w/ scavenger and toughness. The difference in view kick could help you despite the terrible lag compensation. At 8:03 his scope bounced way up and stopped any of his shots from hitting, if he had toughness like the enemy who killed him he probably would've killed the guy and got himself another swarm. Just my opinion though and I get what you're saying.

Gotta agree with Sandy, Scarface is not nearly as good as everyone makes it out to be. And both Saving Private Ryan and Schindler's List are definitely favourite movie material.
