Ive been watching your vids for a loooooong time, and oh man... The great impact this stuff has. Ive avoided fights, made others calm, and got people to agree with me. This stuff does work, but dont over do it.
People have lied to me so much in life where at the point i know people to me, and i can even come up with reasons that sound so reasonable where at the point if it wasn't accurate at all it becomes accurate. I sometimes feel like i have the ability to mentally destroy people by crushing there spirit to fight back and always one make myself stronger than them and slowly tell them they can't win by showing them no reactions and talking to them in a way where in games they leave, i become victorious. I only do this to people that i see as a big deal, or purely just annoying me
Finally...they do exist...im not all alone...listen, keep observing everything to level up and unlock ur full potential...i unlocked myself 10 years ago...since then, i have the ability to see sooo far into peoples motives and energys...the reality is very dissappoiting...follow ur intuition....
1. stop carying what other people think (negative visualization - visualize that you will die/sick version of yourself + visualize the worst case scenario, will you die?) 2. the mirror matra (first step - gaslight yourself that your aswome infront of the mirror, second step - roleplay a strong character infront of the mirror) 3. the handshake (step forward, confident, smile and shake the hand just a second longer) 4. controlled cough (cough to a pause and than make a relevant) 5. delayed smile (first make eye contact then smile a few seconds later) 6. power pose (stand tall, shoulders back, head high and take up space) 7. borrowed confidence (mirror a confidence person, observe their manners) 8. power pause (after delivering key points or ask a question, maintain eye contact, no need to avoid the silence)
