I remember seeing the penguin at the Disney Store when they released the Muppet Babies but I didn’t get her. Now I wish I had of. I have Rowlf the dog. He’s one of my fav muppet plush!

They did stop the release for a few months but they have continued with them and are now caught up. They are doing them online only with merch pass. The next one comes out on Sep 15th on shopdisney.com
