    I'm an addict with over a year of sobriety. Opioids. Ruined my life and lost my will to love and live a happy life. My anxiety crushed me daily. BUT once I started practicing TM I have quickly found peace. Relief beyond belief. I'm now completely sober. I quit smoking and drinking. Eating healthier. Exercising and greet each day with love and wonder. I've found bliss. Thank you

    Namaste Brothers,
    You all should learn TM , it will make you feel what is purity, what is control over your feelings, people around you start to get attracted towards you.
    No negativity, Just Pureness.
    Namaste

    It is very much like the "bio-feedback" used by psychologists back in the 1970's. Remember books such as "Born to Win", "I'm ok You're ok" and transactional analysis? Same principles, but feel with TM that you are in control. It is a relief from negativity.

    It’s awesome because he has this attitude like “Here’s the info. Take it or leave it. Might I kindly suggest that you take it? But I won’t lose sleep if you don’t. Have a nice TM-full or TM-less life everyone.” Smiles. Drops the mic...or the phone, I guess, in this case. Wait....Was that a blackberry? So many Feels.....
    Anyway...can’t wait to learn in this trying time we’re in.

    TM is the best thing I have ever done for my health and happiness...and it has saved me a fortune on prescriptions, alcohol (I stopped--didn't feel I needed it any more), doctor visits, etc. As a vet, I recommend TM for anyone who wants to enjoy life more, and be free from stress and ill health.

      Happy30Too I’m happy that it has helped u. Would u recommend it? I recently developed anxiety with it’s wide range of symptoms. One of the symptom apparently is tinnitus (ringing in the ear) I almost went crazy the other day. Thought my brain was just going to shutdown. I had a incident & thought I was going to die & freaked myself out for weeks. That’s pretty much of the anxiety symptoms started. It’s a rough cycle. But I’m ready to grab my life back. & to b better than I was. I was given some pills by my psychiatrist, only been doing it for about 4 weeks & ready to get off. How did TM helped u?

    Thank you for your video. I learnt TM in Notting Hill, London in 1982 and discovered many profound benefits through regular practice. Unfortunately I fell away from TM until your video reminded me iagain. TM used to offer regular checking sessions for its meditators : is this still the case as I would very like to restart my practice again

    Does listening to binural beats or ambient music lessen the effects of transcendental meditation? It really helps me, but I'm wondering if it's better to meditate in silence?

    • @meditationchannel
      @meditationchannel  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Silence is ideal, however we suggest speaking with your TM teacher about this :) If you need to locate a teacher near you, you can do that by entering your zip code here - learntm.org/explore-tm

    I learned to meditate in 1980. I was very skeptical but was assured no matter what I believed it would work. Very shortly after learning I was amazed that something like this actually existed in life. In 2024 I took an advanced course and I’ve been amazed once again because I notice the positive effects daily. Its giving me a very positive outlook, I understand despite the troubles existing currently on our planet our conscious energy is eternal, all energy is eternal! We’ll awake one day (after our so called “death”) from our dream of this earthly life and experience a bliss beyond our wildest dreams. We’ll be home again experiencing the full spectrum, our collective consciousness Carl Jung told us about. Be helpful, spread love, a whole lotta Love!

    This sounds like a gift from a loving powerful Father to His little children. if we as parents could just help our own kiddies to calm down and trust us.
