  • In September 2022, filmmaker Zacharias Kunuk (Atanarjuat: The Fast Runner) travelled with to Nuuk, Greenland (Kalaallit Nunaat) with a delegation of Nunavut artists, including rock legend James Ungalaq from the band Northern Haze, and Andrew Morrison of ‪@TheJerryCans‬ for the Nuuk International Film Festival. Watch as they meet fellow filmmakers and musicians, including another legend of Inuit and Indigenous music - Malik Høegh of the band Sume - perhaps the world's first Inuit rock band.
Qujannamiik to Nunavut Film Development Corporation and Government of Nunavut for financially supporting the trip, and to Nuuk International Film Festival and Katuaq Cultural Centre for hosting us!
Music copyright ‪@aakulukmusic9061‬ and Northern Haze.

Thanks for sharing, I could partially understand the language, it is quite facinating how similar they are to our native Greenlandic language. Again, thanks for the lovely dicumentary. ❤
