    Keracare humecto and affirm 5 in 1 reconstructor have been my permanent staples for almost 10 years!!! Love those two products to maintain the moisture and protein in my hair. Excellent video. You have a new subbie, queen. ❤️❤️❤️😘

      I absolutely love Affirm and the 5 n1...been using it for YEEEAAARS! Have you noticed a change in the Affirm 5 in 1 Reconstructor consistency/formulation lately? It seems a little heavier and creamier...not as much “slip” but it is still one of my faves!

    I got the mizani moisture and kerafuse and they work wonder in my hair. Plus the fact that you can customise it saves me so much money.

    Hey according to Amazon, the Affirm 5-1 can be used immediately following relaxer.
    "This is a unique blend of micro and macrofibrous conditioners that is applied immediately after rinsing the relaxer from the hair and before the normalizing shampoo."

    • @ChimereNicole00
      @ChimereNicole00  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Remember, these are my professional recommendations. I’ve attended various Avalon classes over the years and only use this conditioner after relaxer if I use neutralizing shampoo first. Then place it on the hair for a treatment. Since my clients have healthy hair isn’t not necessary. I use the Kerafuse immediately after relaxer then neutralize.

    Hi gorgeous, what is a good protein treatment for very, very fine 4c hair, which breaks off very minute hairs at the ends?

    • @ChimereNicole00
      @ChimereNicole00  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good morning, if it's breaking meaning short pieces of hair that would be the 5 & 1 reconstructor I mentioned in this video. Comb through for 30 minutes with a plastic cap. The Hydrofuse works great alone as well.

    This helped so much! I recently got my hair colored and I have been looking for a good deep conditioner. I just brought the Alvon Affim care colorsation shampoo and conditioner and was looking for a moisture deep conditioner to use with it. What’s your thoughts?

    • @ChimereNicole00
      @ChimereNicole00  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Color shampoo is fine since it typically is less drying. Just a tip, for deep conditioners turn them around and read the instructions. If it says leave on for 15 minutes plus then its designed to hydrate the hair.

    We should not follow the Affirm’s instructions on the 5 in 1 Reconstructor following a relaxer? It says to use for 5 minutes after rinsing out the relaxer before neutralizing.

    Unfortunately, the affirm 5n1 irritated my scalp and seemed to make my hair weaker. I followed the directions on the bottle. Maybe my hair is too fine.

    • @ChimereNicole00
      @ChimereNicole00  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      NOOOOOO, in my opinion it works best on fine hair. Question, is your hair relaxed? Did you use before or after neutralizing?
