Mne aj 3 eggs ka chocolate cake bnya tha lekin wo beth gya tha please guide krden over mixing hogae ya phir pateeli ka problem ha qk mold pateeli sa chota tha wo pateeli ma phans gya tha 😢 lekin gass sahi thi bilkul...smjh nh ara hoa kia tha😢😢

Very sad . Over mixing ka andaza ho jata hy over mixing ho to batter ka level km ho jata hy . Bartan chota tha maybe heat achi nahi lgi . Bartan Barra use kijiye ta k sb tarf se equal temperature ho .
