Would it be worthwhile to run a hose from each faucet back into the tank filler to keep the entire system including the entire tank filled with the bleach water? If you run each faucet down the drain, the top of the tank will not be filled during the holding period.
It should not be necessary. If you fill your tank it normally expands until the water reaches the overflow valve or fills up the filler neck. This provides extra water to run thru the faucets. Also, rarely will you have water sitting in a full tank that could cause and mildew or bacteria to build up on the top inside of the tank.
