A good series of books is DIES THE FIRE, BY S M STERLING I was never a book reader but this realy held my attention very intense reading, good you are feeling better
Hey Joe, couldn’t you buy the wire you need from an electrician? Bobby must know one who would sell you a short length for a reasonable price. They have remnant wire left over all the time. Just an idea. Hang in there champ. 🇺🇸
I'm afraid I don't do that much reading any more. Most of what I do read is online, but I do read the occasional book. I guess I'm getting internet attention deficit. I did read J.D. Vance's book just a couple weeks ago, and I enjoyed it. I think I'm going to restart a series of books that I started when I was home recovering from surgery back in 2020. It's fiction, a series by David Drake. Now that I'm a man of leisure, and have gotten a few of the projects done over the summer, it's a good time to start reading again. Unfortunately, school kind of ruined history for me, but I have read a couple of Bill O'Reilly's books. They were interesting, and I hope factual. What I read did seem to match pretty well with the way I thought I remembered things from school.
+@odahithedubious2017 That’s the biggest problem with a lot of books lately. It too difficult to know the facts. Soon, I hope to be a man of leisure lol
A little late but you could of went to a electrical supply store and bought rolls of 12 and 14 wire for your place and your sons easier to use on rolls that’s what electricians do for new homes.I know you hate to buy that much but you would have it for your addition electrical store probably cheaper than Lowe’s .Its let’s been a long time since I bought any but they might cut you some 14/3 . I did notice in the last video you ran the wires in the kitchen close to the outside wall i think I could be wrong?I might move them to the center of stud if you ever put siding on the outside you could hit the wire with the nail. Just my suggestion that’s all . Stay healthy looks like your having fun with all your projects. 👍
My mom had HBP since her 40's & she was told by the doctors to take an 81mg. aspirin (baby) every day for the rest of her life. She did & bless her passed from cancer (lower intestinal). U can take this or leave it but she was 84 when she was dx'd with cancer. The youngest of 8 & none had died of cancer! So she didn't believe it & she thought she'd die in the hospital 🏥 "on the table " so she decided not to go with surgery. My sister was angry but I thought she was right! How many people die due to complications post surgery? Too many!! She was in bad shape anyway with HBP & diabetes 2. So I think she was ready (in her heart) to move on to whatever it is that we question all of our lives! Btw, the cancer, I'm sure was from Johnson's talcum powder! She worked all of her life & post menopause she had hot flashes for ages! She used that damn talcum powder every day before going to work for years! Now they're admitting to it causing ovarian cancer but I'm sure that she got it from Johnson & Johnson's baby powder! Thank God she passed peacefully in her sleep. They gave her morphine to help her breathe. Just an FYI....
+@debbiesimons3059 I’m doing my bp medicine until I get my weight back down. The only thing I will do extra is the aspirin like I used to. I also have type 2 diabetes, but i keep it under control with diet. I hope they make Johnson & Johnson pay up.
Joe, get an ablation. My a-fib was awful. It has nothing to do with weight or blood pressure. Take a baby aspirin every day this should keep you from clotting and having a stroke.
+@gillubecke2026 Thanks. They never mentioned that. I looked it up. On the surface, it seems exactly what I could use. More research and talking to the doctor. Thanks! ❤️
Nice touch with the window of you working while we listen to you talk. You are getting it done🎉🎉🎉
+@susanlester1 Thanks Susan.
Glad you got a handle on this Joe holy cow , your weight is quite successful 👍
Weight loss
+@helenmattson5286 👍🏻
They are the same way with 6 mill plastic sheeting. 50 ft is 80.00 but for 25 bucks more you can get twice as much.
+@chuckfinley5206 I noticed that too. No explanation.

+@markmattson4752 That’s a great suggestion and excellent advice. I never thought of that with this being guaranteed for 50 years siding.
just use 12 3 instead of 14 3
+@russelwiggins7569 I thought of doing that. Amazing how much cheaper it is. Thanks for confirming.
