Traditional German Pancake Soup, Flädlesuppe (Thermomix® Singapore)

This common homecooked dish from the Southern regions of Germany, Bavaria and Austria, is traditionally made with leftover pancakes and homemade broth. Flädlesuppe (German) or Frittatensuppe (Austrian), is basically a bit like chicken noodle soup except with strips of pancake in the broth. Natives love to eat this as a first course for lunch on cold or rainy days.
Tip : Serve this soup soon after assembling, because the pancakes soak up the broth and, eventually, will fall apart.
