I have purchased max vc model on 15 auguest 2022 from reliance digital, provided 2 copies of warranty cards ,what I need to do ? Is registration of warrantee needed ?
After grinding 2kg grain machine gets heated ,though it is mentioned up-to 8kg we can grind but on using I found need to grind it in small batches after 1hr break.
I have purchased one unit a year ago. I was not provided with the plastic unit to regulate the flow of flour into the container. The flour gets accumulated on one side. The filter is getting blocked.

25 sept ko Chakki Deliver huvi hai , aur Grind karte time Awaj bahut jyada aa rahi hai isme , aur anaj khatam hone pe automatic band bhi nahi hoti hai

Same issue I’m facing. Seems like they have not fixed the issue after 1 year as well.
Not recommending this go with other brand.
It was an issue with power supply unit. After replaced with original part it’s functioning fine.
Very very bad product... I have horrible experience, I will never recommend this product
