Every case is unique, but here are some blind tips: 1. Ensure sender domain authenticated via DMARC Dashboard 2. Use your company name in sender name Experiment with wording and think how to provide more value to customers, then test your variations with Gmail Tab checker: www.litmus.com/gmail-category-tab-test
MailRelay expects SPF to be a TXT record. Also, check that you don't have multiple SPF records, as this might prevent recognition. dmarcdkim.com/tools/merge-spf-records can highlight the most common issues for your SPF record.

Hi how come by SPF is in CNAME and its not recognizing the record I inputted?
