6:30 I like that the selfie cam is internal and not always concerned about it looking at me, esp while I'm dropping a load in the private room. And def 6GB RAM is a huge plus in my book. That was the selling point for me,

Still rocking the moto one fusion plus... Like the phone so much I bought another.. I think its insane to pay $1200 to $1500 on a damn smartphone.. I was able to get these 2 phones for $300 total . Crystal clear screen ,ex battery life.. Solid phone.
I have one of these and luv it. Walking dog on leash with phone in same hand, dog essentially jerked leash along with phone being dropped and screen busted. So i bought replacement screen and watched a video as tutorial. My point here if I gotten a temp phone Samsung Galaxy A11 such was great when trying it at first, but after more apps i use and other stuff, the A11 became super slow. FINALLY I fixed my Fusion one screen after boiling high blood pressure as it performed slow and most when i needed it the most like in Google Maps or time sensitive stuff. As my Fusion started being used again it was a night n day difference. Motorola always been great.
Interestingly enough, I have come from not liking your channel to really appreciating the uniqueness of it. You review phones, that lots of others don’t, sadly.. because it’s hard to find a good review of a nice mid ranger from Xiaomi or realme. All good with the phone, and I nearly bought one... Luckily, I found out (just in time!) that it has no magnetometer. That's an e-compass. This means a terrible performance of any map app. There are already tonnes of videos about this. I use Google maps nearly daily, and the fact that they are crippled on this phone is a deal breaker for me. It is very, very disappointing you don't mention this at all.
I still own a moto g5 and it also doesn't have that. I was thinking about going for an upgrade but i'm glad I read your comment first! It is very annoying, i just don't know why motorola keeps doing that because their phones would be a complete package with a compass. For €299 (price in Belgium) it should.

@@TheMsdos25 Yes, always check in store wether it has one, don't just ask the employees. Let them show you! I think my father's moto g7 also doesn't have one. I once read on a forum that it's region bound if they put one in or not but I can't confirm that. Besides google maps you will not be able to use any compass app. I suppose they do this to cut cost because they are primarely in the budget end of the sector. But believe me, finding out it doesn't have one when you eventually need is is very frustrating.
My friends, family and myself had 5 different Motorola smartphones (from budgwt to "high end") and on no ones out of them the akku last longer than 3 years. I wont buy any devices if them again. But very goog review!

Basically enjoyed your neutral and expertise tests but ... would consider it as a miracle if any Motorola really would have such good set of cameras on board. To me the cams were known as average and only good in good, sunny weather conditions. But maybe it will convince me if i can get it into my hands.

Angie was right. Motorola should've put a notification light on the One Fusion. A notification light is convenient and Motorola didn't have a good reason not to put one on this phone especially since not very much is on the front of the phone. Companies should've kept putting a notification light on the phones they make. I like my notification light and I know very few new phones have 1. Who even said they didn't want a notification light on a phone for why companies took the notification light off? I know I didn't

No. It's garbage. Ever since a few updates ago the phone has been crippled for many. Slow, random crashes, Etc. And the pop up camera motor is weak and eventually stops working.
Is there a possibility of a followup review for the newer North American version of the phone? The moto website seems to indicate the NA version is being downgraded to 4gigs ram, and I'm interested how this will impact performance.

Today's date is Aug 26, 2023 and mine is still running fast n smooth. I've always been a Motorola fan. However when I found the deal and researched the phone, it spec'd at 6gb RAM, bc I'm heavy RAM user. But when I bought it, I found out I got the 2067-2 version with only 4gb RAM- there was no specification of this. The 2067-1 and 2067-3 both have the 6gb. I was so pissed. Tho the phone doing well with 4gb. I wonder how much better with the 6gb.... Frustrated! But still a great phone.

Motorola is certainly good. But under the bundle offer it is priced more. With ever changing technology any mobile of any brand is getting support for 3 to 5 years. And if we need to update our mobile it is nothing but buying camera again and again which does not have an economic value of money under the bundled offer. More over it is not 5g compatible. So it is more pricy for people who buy things considering the value for money. I think investing in mobiles around 10k to 12k INRs is a worth buy of this configuration.

This together with the Sony Xperia 10 II are one of the most interesting mid rangers for those who want stock Android experience.
But the Xperia also the most underwhelming in the midrange department

Some governments let google bottleneck to 480p since the internet is under heavy use right now.

Confusing why they added the extra cost of a pop up camera and not just a hole punch, the bottom bezel is way to thick to make the phone look futuristic so why bother ?
