Hi! Thanks for the video! What I really liked was the equal distribution between women's and men's teams. What I still don't understand is, how it is determined which team throws?
Both is important according to the rule book. The refs are definitely more strict to the ball traveling over the 5m line. The throwers feet can be on or behind the line of touch.
Ok,so watched the Wales v France 2024,on the 5 min and around the 25 min, wales had throw ins,I squealed like a big girl at the tv,both of them should have been re taken or the ball passed to the other team. If you break the rules but dont get punished for it,what are they for 😢😢
Hi, You mention the players can go past the mark of touch when the lineout ends, but the law says "when the ball has been thrown in and touched a player or the ground". Is this what you meant?

The team who did not take the ball into touch, they will be throwing the ball into the lineout.
Hope it helped and thank you very much.
Can you do a detailed video like this for scrum?
Working on it.
Awesome thank you
Appreciate the support. Thank you.
If the thrower from a lineout have to have his feet on the sideline before the throw,or is it the fact it has to go 5m on the lineout
Thanks
