I am a nurse too and I follow Smoky mountain hospice because they took care of my dad when I was in nursing school back in 2010. They truly were angels on earth and I'm sure you are too for your families. Hospice nursing is on my radar, maybe this will be my home someday.

Moriah is my maternal niece. I truly feel that the Lord used my mother’s dementia as a stepping stone in her desire to become a hospice nurse. She got to experience on a nearly every day schedule what it was like for us as we were able to come together as a family and care for her at home which is just where dad wanted her to be. Smokey Mountain enabled our caring for mom at home and we were supported throughout her illness from bathing,, medication and a minister who helped us cope and would sing hymns to mom ! Thank you nurse Moriah for making a difference in others lives. We are proud of you❤ and your caring heart.

It's amazing how the Lord leads us to what He has for us. All "of that" in her past was divine preparation for "this" which Moriah is doing now - to serve the needs of others.
