I've had this since April 2017 and have never used it; basically, because it is designed for Japanese Munchkin lunches. You can't really tell by looking at the video but, the containers are super small - like what you would use to feed a three-year-old. This would not work for a grown man unless he's on a starvation diet. It's excellent (tiny) portion control, though. Just don't expect to be able to pack a full American style lunch box. It really is designed for a 12-year-old Japanese girl.

Useless stuff: the container is too bulky and large to be handy and practical. Also the boxes are small.
