When I drive by this castle all I can ever imagine is Anne Neville travelling to her favourite castle
Wonderful.
Great video. Thanks!
This is my family castle. I wish there was more about it.
I do look forward to your videos! I hope to visit England one day! I will need a two months to visit all the interesting Tudor places!!
Thank you again Sarah!!
The list of places I'd like to visit is growing and growing... Thank you for this very interesting video, Sarah! To hear about the great sorrow King Richard and Queen Anne felt when their only son Edward died always makes me profoundly sad.
@@TheTudorTravelGuide It was my pleasure, Sarah. And you may call me Corinna. I forgot to add it to my comment.
I never thought of it but Edward, Anne and Richard all died within 12-18months of each other
So sad. They died so young.
My friend Dawn lived in middleham as a young child her mum and sister still live there she has told me lots of stories .
Her father was a jockey and middleham is famous for training race horses
I love visiting Middleham and watching the horses come down the High Street!
Hi Sarah!
I wonder how common it is for castle spaces to have been surveyed and have improvements done, but alas the royalty never show up! Curious about the nursery though.
I really need to head back up to Yorkshire, the Dales look stunning!
Ooohhh! Can’t wait to hear about Nottingham castle ❤️
This Castle is far away from anything major. But this Castle is stunning and worth a visit if you are in the north and love Castles. The Castleruin is save and the Entry is free
Ah sorry it is in fact not free entry. Still worth a visit. We loved it back in 2019
Is this not a Palace of the House of York!
Dearest Sarah, I thoroughly enjoyed your description of this interesting castle; and I "liked" it! So please excuse my finger initially slipped and pressed the dislike button, with a note coming up to day you would be informed! I was horrified! I quickly reversed the slip, but you must have received a notification. I do apologize, as you know I am an avid fan. I appreciate everything you present, with such enthusiasm and dedication. Many Blessings and thanks, and apologies once again for the slip up, from Colleen XXX
OMG is started with the FitzRandolphs!!! You could have at least mentioned them. I am related to them....I am Fitz Randolph but also Neville.
So am i distant cousin
I would like more photos of the castles while you narrate instead of so much video of you. It is uninteresting just looking at you talk.
Noted! There is going to be VERY little of me evident in films I shoot this year. And I am no longer going to be in the studio - out on location as much as possible.
@@TheTudorTravelGuide I hate to break it to you, but I want to see the castle, not you.

@@ccc7534 That's a very rude way to speak to someone providing free interesting content, if you don't like the way it's done don't watch it.
