Today we filmed in this Michelin 1 star restaurant in Central, HK. Trying out Chef Ryota, his recent summer menu, featuring the process of his signature soft shell turtle soup in his kitchen.
As well as my dinner experience with my wife. To be honest my wife is not a fan of turtle but she liked it and finished then all.
The Menu is very filling and it definitely worth the price, you get what you pay for. Lovely service indeed.
