Want to know how to invest $10K, $25K, $50K, or even $100K? The average American household has $41,600 saved. While that’s a decent chunk of cash, it’s not working very hard for you by sitting in a savings account, is it? Fortunately, there are all types of ways to invest that money and grow your nest egg much faster!
Welcome back to the "BiggerPockets Money" podcast! In this “sequel” to our $100-$5,000 episode (link below), we’re looking at ways to invest a much larger amount of money-$10,000-$100,000. Scott and Mindy are joined by guest hosts Kyle Mast and James Dainard, who share their own expertise on where to allocate your capital. Even with the diverse perspectives, all of our hosts agree: don’t just sink your money into your primary residence or fancy car and call yourself a millionaire!
The moves you make today could determine your financial future. Stay tuned as our hosts offer active and passive investing ideas to consider, depending on your risk tolerance. You’ll also learn how to get one-hundred percent financing for real estate deals, ways to build (or buy!) a profitable business, and essential tax planning tips at various income levels!

This one and the previous episode 1-5k are some of my favorite episodes ever of this podcast. Very insightful
The real state of 500k at 3% down payment sounds great. But in order to get a home loan for the amount you need to have a 6 figures income. Can't get that much approved if you just have average median income.
I’m currently on page 167 of SET FOR LIFE.
Best book ever.
Better than total money makeover and millionaire next door.
Hi all… Idea for a podcast. 53 yr old recently divorced man. Makes $80k a year. Has to sell home to split with ex wife, gains $100k (each) on the house after paying off mortgage. Savings of $10k cash. And wants to FIRE at 60. How does he go about doing it…? Thanks. John.
I have one for you guys, let’s say you’re 46 years old and starting over from zero with bad credit. Say income is $60,000/yr in a high cost area (Seattle/Tacoma for example).
What else can I add to this challenge? 🤔
Great insight from different perspectives. Great episode!
Great episode and ideas for deploying & growing your 💰
This was soooo helpful! I loved the variety of answers that appeal to different risk levels.
Yes, Keep it comingggggg
I always say this but James is the freakin man!
3:08 I have a great little basket that I bought at TJ max in Germany great way to cut costs at the supermarket
How about just stare at the market to save all your money
So much focus on real estate when at all time highs. Would hate for another 2008 to hit and everything goes upside down.
The thing is, there just isn’t enough inventory. And it’s going yo be quite a while before we build our way out of it. The only other thing is massive layoffs putting tons of people out of work.
Thumbs down soon as I heard flipping with 10k lmao
Why?
@@Jdid18not really an option in some areas.
Where is this guy finding BRRR properties at a discount in this market????
Here's a hint. Buy 10k or more in bitcoin.....sell in 2025 or 2026, your welcome.
