The dude looking up at 2:58, I know him. At EF 2015, we stacked hammocks triple high by Ranch for Ed Sharpe, Cheese, and Bassnectar. Dude from Milwaukee was on the bottom, I was middle, and the dude in the video was up top. He had a fishing pole with a felt fish and would cast it into the crowd, it was amazin. Fast forward to EF 2016, I'm in Meijers getting last minute supplies and run into him again walking down the same isle. Super funny how that happens. I wish I remembered his name, but oh well. I think he's from Detroit.

God I wish they still put the same amount of time and effort into the after movies like they used to. Nothing has come close to touching this or the awakening video since. Such a shame.

Things have changed, they are a bit more on top of it because of past deaths, but you may get lucky and they will just check your trunk/glove comp. and mark your car and you are good, i brought booze in under 21 and they even saw it, opened my glove comp. saw all my prescriptions and a single bowl and didn't ask a single question...man i was sweatin.

Last year was my first year and I went alone. I think going alone is arguably the best way to experience the forest. You're more inclined to make connections with other people, you do what you want to do, and you do it whenever you want to. I highly recommend going, even alone the forest is unforgettable!
Uhh the feels. Love Forest. Too bad it's becoming super mainstream. Festivals are always better and cooler when everyone and their grandmas don't know about it.
