1 stop social media, its BS and it programs your mind, your brain WILL think that what you see is true and its happening to you, thats why you cry or laught in movies, dont consume things you would not want to experience, limit social media to only 1h at a certain time of the day, 2 start gym, yes its very important not only for body but for the mind as it will decrease your dopamine base level and increase your discipline, 3 stop with no fap, instead decrease it slowly and put limits, example, count how many times you did it in a week and aim to reduce by 1 on the next, no fap is cheap instant dopamine trust me, remember the instant gratification it comes when you start it?, 4 learn hobbies, drawing piano climbing etc, 5 take cold showers each morning and wake up early, why, as gym it decreases your dopamine base level. ex lets say your dopamine level is 10 and phone is 10, you wont feel any dopamine from it, but if you take cold showers your baseline (at least at the moment) goes to 0 and using phone will feel better than before, the diference from 10 to 10 is 0 and from 0 to 10 is 10. same goes to gym. cold showers also release adrenaline, 6 have a goal, be it for hobbies or work but have one that you can mesure, you can start chess too as a hobbie, 7 bond have good friends or go into some discord server, try to find your bro or try to strenghten your friendship with older friends, 8 have some lazer/relax time, you can watch anime movies it will help you (forget) bad things and shift your mind to a better positive view. if you feel overwhelmed with this list dont worry start all the ones that are easy/ routine like showers, for gym start at home then move to a gym when you have the means, 8 start reading books, yes i know boring but do, same as the others one, this will help you, if you want a fast fast change ok, do a dopamine detox for 1week, only thing alowed are 1 any long shows anime movies series, 2 songs, (no sugar no phone, yes no phone, no drugs if you do,) you will feel like kys during it and ITS NORMAL, 100%%%% Normal, just make sure you dont kys ofc, the reason why is because your dopamine will be very very low and then you will be sad ofc. thats the breaking point where if you resist you will be able to decrease your true dopamine baseline, just say to yourself, this feelings are fake and i trust the process everhting is fine (look aroung you) as usual nothing changed, during that time take more walks and talk more to people or read so that way time goes faster.
