Sorry to give a serious reply, but this just reminded me a post I saw this week talking about it. Quackity said he didn’t expect the eggs to be such a big deal, but when you tell someone that “this is your child, if you don’t take care of them every day then they will die and it will of NEGLECT. They’re your baby, they’re helpless and need protection” then the parental instincts that have kept humans alive for thousands of years will absolutely be activated. Our brains don’t differentiate between physical and digital, their instincts are genuinely attached. It’s made worse by the fact that they have to get on every day, it simulates the experience of parenthood relatively well lol (Sorry again for the serious reply, just thought you might find it interesting)
