Thanks for the information..I use stainless Steel 3ply..and in summer almost every day I prepare dal in clay pot..and please let me know if its safe to put roti on gas stove to make it puff
I use nonstick only for making dosa/Chapathi. Aluminium pressure cooker is used only for making rice.(Rice I have less, So not daily) Sabji is made in Steel or CastIron Kadai.
*Ayurveda me 5 hazar saal pehle aur Rajiv Dixit ji ne 12 saal pehle hi bata diya hai Mitti k bartan me khana banana sabse jyada healthy hai isse accha na koi hai naa koi aayega*
Aap ne mittike bartan me glaze wala nahi lena vo Pl batana chahiye. Copper bottom till half of the vessel height I have been using since 40 yrs till now. Wrought iron is the best n cheap option only dried vegetables without water/ sautéing n frying. Castiron tawa n appepatra have been using only for dosa n appe Rot iron n copper bottom steel vessels washing in dishwasher:) I am 67 yrs old Pune
I always making ragi flour and oats chhila in non stick pan for easily remove but other pan I can't make because of stickey Ness.plz give advice a good cookware for chilla..
High quality high gauge thick m, 3 ply steel with zero magnetic properties. Very smooth so season them and it won’t stick. Enamel coated doesn’t wear well. Chips off and rusts.
Madam 18/8 & 18/10 both are non magnetic steel so magnet not stick in both steel so madam don't use google search data some time it is wrong please read book physical metallurgy
