Absolutely Mexican construction style, easy, clean and durable, with 20 percentage of time arguing with owner and final great result : ) and everyone happy 😊
You can tell these guys know what their doing. I cant same the same about the fence guys HOLY SHIT! Could tell they didnt know what they were doing. Hell even in speed mode it took them forever LMAO The girl and 2 guys stood and looked at lake forever on back of video. Great old school style pool install!!!
Hi alexander! Nice to see this kind of process running. I've got two little questions for you and really appreciate if you can answer them: 1) Which average pressure (measured by your pressure gauges) did you use for the concrete admixture srapraying? and 2) Did you use any slump-killer aditive for your admixture and how much the slump was? Many thanks Alexander!. Congrats for your job.
This is a very good team of workers. Know what they're doing. Mexicans are natural builders. Lovely job. Just worried about all the trees....and leaves that fall
In 1974 my parents installed a 26 FT wide, 54 FOOT length pool with a "dog paw" at the shallow end that went wider than the 26 foot rectangle at the deep end (9 FT) for $10,000 dollars. What I've learned is the value of our money is so weak compared to what they charge for even the smallest of pools in today's economy that it's just proof that 50 years on we are all living with less, not more.
@@MrDaler1 As thoughtless and infantile as your comment may be sport that pool in today's dollars would cost more than $100,000 to install. And your brainless assumption not knowing a thing about me to declare I make 5x what my parents did certifies you a commenting dolt. Namaste.
Nice technical video. We, Mlinzi Construction chemicals is Authorized distributor of Mapei in Tanzania for Supplying the Waterproofing, Flooring materials including Epoxy.
Good afternoon! My name is Anatoly, I am building myself a pool in the Krasnodar Territory. Please tell me what kind of material is used to make the bead (white tape) before concreting. And where can I order it. I have not found such material in my country. I would be very grateful if you give a link to the seller.
Concrete pools are the most popular-and most expensive-type of pool. They're often called Gunite or Shotcrete pools; that's because builders pump wet concrete through a hose and shoot it from a gun onto steel-reinforced walls. Once the concrete cures, it's plastered, troweled smooth, and painted
Спасибо! Последний слой называется пластырь.Это своего рода штукатурка для бассейнов.Используемый под водой, он обеспечивает водонепроницаемую изоляцию, которую не может обеспечить более пористый торкрет или торкретбетон под ним.
I don’t do shotcrete I would love too all things concrete no exceptions if your in the trade of concrete you must do it all . Or you can appreciate it admire it just don’t be forced to take the bill can be costly
Se ve bonita , pero la construcción carece de envarillado reforzado en las paredes. Al poco tiempo tendrá muchas grietas y filtraciones. Por economizar dinero en el acero realizan una muy defectuosa y débil construcción y engañan al público consumidor .
It's a plaster. Pool plaster is the final coating applied to the shell of a concrete in-ground pool. The layer of plaster is normally 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick. ... Pool plaster adds a watertight seal and makes the surface of the pool smoother for contact with swimmers than the underlying rough concrete shell.
By watching this video now I understand why the science stream such as engineering or archithect is a very expensive knowledge.Seeing the process to cut off the grass using the excavator including the design/the work plan and the workers involved.Everyting is costly and no wonder why we pay a lot of money for constructing swimming pool
Mexis, they are great even when they don't know what there doing, they srue as hell can act like they know what they are doing. All the smooth coat guys then they texture lol.

2. Plumbing installation
3. Shotcrete
4. Waterline tile installation
5. Site grading, compaction, concrete deck installation
6. Landscaping and irrigation, fencing

You are making 5x more today. You just waste your money, unlike your parents.

I would be more interested to work in the landscaping part of the project, tbh. The overall design and the surroundings look so inviting...
Nice technical video.

This is how a truly "waterproof" basement should be made, but 2x thicker and 20" above grade as a foundation.
So nice🌟😚
Damn! Where did you find such fast workers?!?!

si tiene, la pusieron al principio
So this is how you build swimming pool. I wish to build one in Bangladesh.
Hi Dude, great video. do you have construction drawings of the pool? I hope it is free to share
Good
How much did you guys charge for this? Seems like a lot of work.
It cost us about 55 grand. It may be, but it was worth the time!
How many days to complete and total cost?
end of the video: around 3 months and around $55K
what was the type of the white materials that used in this video ??

How will you clean the pool? Where is the outlet of water? And what to add in water for cleansing? Plz reply.
The water outlet is 10 feet away from the pool.
What time of concrete was this ?? Anybody knows?

In our area step #1 is permitting, which can take months!
I hope you or others can get someone on it! Thank you for watching!!!
Hello i am planning to build a swimming pool of size 12×70 ft. Any chance you can share the drawings with BOQ of the above video ? Thank you so much
Coast and time??
It was about $55,000 and it took 3 months to build. Thanks for watching!!!
Hi Alex - what was the size of the pool and height at each end?
No water proofing.. Hm I bet they have lot of water. And also no polythene sheet layed beneath the pcc.
Did you apply waterproofing?
What limited the size of the pool? Cost or some other reason.
How thick plaster?
About a half-inch.
luar biasa
👍👍👍
Mexis, they are great even when they don't know what there doing, they srue as hell can act like they know what they are doing. All the smooth coat guys then they texture lol.
For them not knowing! They sure do it better than those who know! Right?
What is the average price for a pool like this in USA?
It should cost less than 55,000 I’m currently building a pool 3x larger than this and it costs 75,000-100,000
What P.S.I did you use for the deck?
I've built over 1500 pools and never one like this crap. Hope you you never get a plumbing leak.
Muhtemelen sızıntı olacak. Böyle boru döşenmez.
Where are you guys located?? Are you in New York ?
Good job!!
