Explanation!
In the beginning of the moon revolution when everyone has left Earth behind, Iris takes the chance to manipulate and infect him!
Earth's hallucinations are far more aggressive and scary than the ones in the show due to Iris's involvement. They yell at him for all of his wrong doings and they all claim that they'll never come back. The Moons however, they are even worse. They threaten him, threaten him with the extinction of the earthlings along with himself.
The Earth, traumatized, finds himself face to face with a new planet. One that seems far nicer than the moons and planets he once called friends and weeps to him. Iris pretends to be kind until the Earth gets close, too close. Iris's infection twists Earth's thoughts and suddenly the Earth's complete demeanor changes. The infection had made him sick before but now it was simply controlling him.
The earthlings, like Astrodudes Wife and child are now living in terror of the Iris's infection.

Al principio de la revolución lunar, cuando todos han dejado atrás la Tierra, ¡Iris aprovecha para manipularlo e infectarlo!
