I don’t understand how cops can get away with blatant Meta gaming. Yes we all know this is Chang when you pull up, but you are supposed to RP the scene out. Instantly there are 2 cop cars and air 1 for a simple fight. One cop has a gun out already and calling backup before they even talk to him. This really needs to be addressed. It happens every time they get pulled over where the cops call in an army for a simple traffic stop.
I mean the cops should RP it out but chang is a god so they need as much as they can. Some cops probably getting annoyed being shot up in ally's all the time so they start caring less ya know
chang should pay some ppl to "look" like him or at least dress like him. same clothes of what he normally wears. to to throw the PD off there game more.

cops handling of this entire thing has been a joke tbh, meta stops, wasting time on putting out warrants or trials, lazy justice or police work with both not acting and over reacting which is actually impressive i guess.
the timing of all the new cops and stuff aswell as chang wantted for 7 years is crazy there is like 12 cops on at all times it seems so Crazy to watch! Chang has huge balls for even talking to cops and what not on traffic stops! great RP out of a bad situation !
It sucks that they don't teach the cops in RP what detaining somebody is. You can't say I'm detaining you so that I can ask you questions that's not how it works.

nah its pretty blatant meta but cops dont care when they use meta only when others do and the cops just lie you know they pulled him over on meta knowing its chang because if the stop was actually for the fight they would've stopped both cars, asked for id and not lied about the bat. Also we all know they asked to step out of the car so they could arrest him on meta and say omg i took off the mask and its actually chang cause there is no reason to make them step out of the car thats turned off for a "fight" let alone one where nobody even really got hit besides the car.
Does anyone actually know what happened to Margaret the guy that played I know quit streaming I remember cause I logged onto my old twitch to find that out but I don't remember what actually happened with him and why after the update he just never came back to NP he was an OG CG member and I could see him having ALOT of viewers if he woulda stayed streaming
