I had to know about the pearls in Lobster Bob's game. Here's what the interwebs say about it.
"In the base game, symbols can randomly appear with a pearl under them. Pearls are collected on oysters beneath each reel. At random times, oysters open and the Hold & Spinner is awarded. The regular reelset is replaced with reels that land blanks or money symbols. Two, 3, 4, or 5 money symbols are placed on the screen, where they remain till the feature ends. Money symbols have values of 1x to 50x the bet. Here, 3 spins are awarded, and landing a new money symbol resets the spin count to 3 (new symbols do not stick). At the end of each spin, all Money symbols in view contribute their values to a prize pot. When the round ends, the total value of the prize pot is awarded."
