Cosmic Gate present their new single "Calm Down" on the Black Hole imprint. After "Not Enough Time" and "Be Your Sound", 2 massive EDM-hit songs, the boys once again team up with the talented Emma Hewitt, who's recently grabbed the #1 spot in Beatsmedia's Top 50 Best Vocalists 2012.
"Calm Down" is the follow up to Cosmic Gate's previous single, the collaboration with U.S. indie singer/songwriter Cary Brothers, entitled "Wake Your Mind". This video relays a deep message of a wife/girlfriend being there for her husband/boyfriend when he is going through a rough time. She wants to take away his pain by calming him with touch and emotional physical bonding (and I'm sure other things). To me, the paint means his worries (blue) and her love and comfort (pink). They mix near the middle. Near the end, the paint (his worries and her taking them away) starts to remove itself. An endearing video full of tender emotion. GREAT song!
