Hello, Thanks for the kind information. Is it better to learn language first and do pre-check? Or is it fine to go through pre-check and do language test?

hi.i had a thought while watching this video ,I hope you read and reply to this, as a nurse working in UK , 1. do you feel you should move to better paying countries? 2.what are the challenges one has to face if he/she wants to migrate from UK to other countries for jobs? 3.working in uk we have career progression opportunities ,but what about ,family progressive opportunities ,can one start a family over there if yes/no what are the challenges faced also the possible solutions to this?
1. Well if you work in the UK smartly you can earn good here itself 2. Challenges are the same as we face here as migrants 3. Regarding family I think Scandinavian countries have better work life balance as compared to the UK
@@ItsMadhuUK madhu bhai i agree with your 1st and 2nd point but i think you have some misconceptions about the 3rd point, I don't agree with you on this one, i have been watching and following people who are working in Norway , Sweden , Finland and some of them have started their family , most of us (Indians) have very little understanding about the nordic countries and their culture, but as far as i have understood from my observation and feedback from the people who are living there is that most of the people in those countries are cold (they don't interact with foreigners, its very hard to make friends with locals ) and they don't communicate in english , they mostly use their own languages may it be Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, etc. And regarding the family progression opportunities there are not much opportunities especially in case if your spouse has done their studies in any particular field like MBBS, Engineering or any other medical/science field, because in these professions they mostly prefer locals and you should be fluent in their local language. Work life balance will be same as the UK. The main issue families have to face is learning those languages and adjusting in their culture. I don't mean to paint a bad picture of any of the Scandinavian country they are for sure beautiful but one should be thoughtful of these aspects before planning to move to these countries and there are things like no sun for 2-3 months in places like Norway, you may be stunned by the northern lights but after a while it gets depressing as coming from India we all are jaadu 😂 Sun is like our lifeline.
My thoughts about your questions 1) As humans we have the tendency to always crave for better opportunities and high paying jobs, nurses in the UK are making enough to live a stable , happy and healthy life, this is given the fact that they are working at the right place and being smart when it comes to shifts. 2) If someone want to migrate to some other country (like Australia , New Zealand , US, Canada) from the UK then the process is a lot easier as compared to from India, one of the main reason for this is that you are having 2-3 years experience from an english speaking country and in case of NHS it is even better because it is a governmental organization and it is compulsory for the trust to enroll their employees/staff in various workshops, programmes ,short courses and keep improving their skills and knowledge. Another way to think about this is that you will be financially more independant as a nurse in UK compared to a Nurse from India. 3) Every single person has career progression opportunities in UK and in every part of the world. What is it that you mean by family progressive opportunities , if you want to know that will it be possible to sustain a family of 3 or 4 people in the UK then yes it is possible but it would be a lot better if there are 2 people working, as your spouse will have a dependant visa and rights to work so she can do part time jobs or even full time if your children are old enough. If only one person will be working then there won't be any saving as such, all of your income will be spent on rent, bills, groceries, transportation and your kids education atleast in their initial 4-5 years of life (sending them to nursery which is paid and its very expensive). Education in public schools is free from class 1 to class 12, there are paid facilities like various clubs for swimming , arts , theatre, football, cricket or any other sport that your child might be interested in and there are school trips but they are pocket friendly not that expensive.
Most of the countries provide free education, in Scandinavian countries you will find less working hours as compared to other countries, for me Scandinavian countries will never be on my list to work It may be better to visit. The UK is a very good place to live at the moment.
US is the best places for nurses. Nurses make $150000 to $250000 in some states. In UK nurses make pennies. But its hard to get a job in US a nurse. Lot of Americans are studying to be a nurse now. 15 years back they used to give green cards but the nurses were misusing it and not working for clients.
