bombushka deacelerates, it's a hidden flag + low top speed, you can see on the drop test.
because of the guns i think, if it wasn't slow then it would catch up at attackers with ease and wipe them with the cannons.

Titan will only spawn in the military base story mode and director mode. (I know this I have a hanger there and never spawned)
