Very helpful, well explained and easy to understand, very informative. Much better than all of the Amazon content that talks about choosing a product to sell on Amazon. Good to watch and learn about them. Bless you Guys
Hey, Majed! 👋 I believe it will also work! 😉 However, we got a great video dedicated for wholesaling. Check it out here: th-cam.com/video/RzIoq796LSU/w-d-xo.html 🧡 -RS
Awesome! You guys are my Heroes. I'm willing to start working with JS, next month I'll have the funds for the full subscription. Meanwhile, I'm watching your incredibly useful videos.
Awesome really well explained , I think the opportunity finder is a more efficient way as it takes out 2 steps from the first method and that saves time.
That is great information, Thanks. Quick question, if i have account in both AU and USA Amazon and selling FBA, under same company name, brand name and selling same product and if some one leaves review for one of the product in AU Amazon would that show in USA Amazon product review and vice versa ????
This would also depend on the cost of the product you want to source, but, yes, we would advise aiming for products that sell for at least 20 euros 😊 ^PW
I think that something important that you didn't mention, is the ability to build a brand with the product. I think that having an Amazon brand, or an E-commerce brand is more and more important in the last year, with also the ability to SELL that brand after. The problem is, that it's much harder to find this type of product because most of the "weird" products don't have the ability to build a brand. But it was a great video either way!
How to change the listing order of the variations to new and existing listing? For existing listings with variations the variations are jumbled and the order needs changing as well as for new listings I am about to create. I enter the children variations and add and the list (before adding listing) shows a random order. I then change around say the 4th one to the box that the 1st name is in and all jumble again.
Great video. However, in my Jungle Scout extension, it doesn't show me 'Average Reviews'. In place of that it shows me 'Average Rating Number'...do you know why that is? It's tough to follow or replicate the strategies in the video if my Jungle Scout extension is delivering me different metrics.
Great catch Kyle! The "rating number" and "reviews" columns are actually the same thing. Recently the name to represent product reviews in the extension was altered from "reviews" to "rating number" but the metrics are still the same :)
Jungle Scout does track refunded products and tags it as refund commission. However, we have no way for us to know once the product goes back to sellable inventory. 😉 -RS
If a product has high demand and the reviews and sellers are lower but the product has built in battery. My second question is if I find a product with lower competition but I can’t afford PL and want to sell the product with generic keyword like “best water bottles” etc. can i sell such products?
You can still sell products, but the product title must not have subjective phrases such as "best" or "hot item" per Amazon guidelines here: sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/YTR6SYGFA5E3EQC
thank you so much for very informative content. I have an issue. I want to know that what is reason that my customers are buying products from Amazon through my links on my website and links shared with the customers but I am not getting any commission. Could you please let me know the reasons. I would truly appreciate yours quick response. Best Regards,
I am around minute 15 and I am trying to click on the extension. When you do it in the video, it shows you the opportunity score almost immediately, but when I do it, all I get is a message that reads "Only available on search pages". Why can't I get the score?
The Extension will only work on applicable pages like the search results pages, product listings, storefront and best seller pages. Are you running on these Amazon pages? If so, please reach out to our support team: support@junglescout.com and we'd be happy to check it for you! 😊 ^EG
@@junglescout the extension is working fine, the ONLY thing the extension is not showing me is the opportunity score. I guess I need to contact your support...
Are you running the Extension on a single listing or search results page? If you are running the Extension on the listing, then this is why you do not get the Opportunity Score 😊For more information and troubleshooting steps, check out this article: support.junglescout.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403745539351-Missing-Opportunity-Score ^PW
When thousands sellers are following the same strategy, I am worried about not finding a product. Are there enough opportunities? And another question, once that product is found, how fast I should act before someone else is taking this opportunity? Can we search for a subniche related to this product with high demand and low competition?
Hey Christophe! It will not be easy but having tools like Jungle Scout will definitely give you an advantage. I suggest when finding the perfect product, you should add it to your tracker and check the demand or this might only be seasonal.
There are several criterias that you need to look at! You can check out our article here that can guide you in this subject! www.junglescout.com/find-products-to-sell/ 😉 - FO
A maximum of 100 reviews is a pretty good # to gauge the competition for a certain potential product. 😉 We've written a great blog for you to know more about the BSR. Check it out here: www.junglescout.com/blog/amazon-best-sellers-rank/ 🧡 -RS
My first thought was that Treva is a brand trusted seller in this niche. However because Lookhy can generate over 300 sales, and he is an unknown Brand, we could create our own brand and compete with both of them, correct?
Good question! This is because you would want to see if the niche or product has a good market depth. For example, if you’re looking at a product category and the top sellers all have thousands of reviews, it’s probably an incredibly competitive category. On the flip side, if you’ve discovered a high-demand product where the sellers only have a handful of reviews, it might be worth getting into. 🥰 - FO
