@@largepurplemonkey Personally I'm not sure, but then at that point, why not go Archer's Tempo and Frenzy or something? This way you actually benefit from both perks instead of basically playing with only 1
@@largepurplemonkey Even if archers tempo did remove the penalty I still would prefer frenzy since I use bows only to stun champions. Archers tempo/frenzy is my go to there, anything that slowed down how quick I can stun a champion, especially an overload champion, is a huge drawback.

I'm pretty sure it ends up still losing draw time overall. It helps with the Adagio debuff but it doesn't neutralize it

Bungie should add a Datto Button to the vault. Just hold it down and it auto deletes loot based off an algorithm using Dattos reasoning

So just found out about a perk interaction, if you have shoot to loot and a dragonfly explosion procs the explosion counts. So if an enemy drops an ammo brick or there is one close to the enemy you’re getting that ammo for free
Same goes for explosive payload.

it used to interact, but it seems Bungie fixed it. Initially, if you emptied the Overflow weapon's mag, then procced Shoot to Loot, it would proc Overflow and reload, causing the magazine to be tripled instead of doubled.

Hey I’m a Dragonfly Wolftone Draw guy! Throw dragonfly spec on it and you’ve got yourself a legendary Trinity Ghoul, trust. Racked up over 30K on it already, I LOVE this thing.
I have dragonfly + explosive head and it's nice but explosive head kills doesn't proc dragonfly even if you hit precision
an arsenic bite with dragonfly and explosive head laughs at wolf tone draw.
Still looking for an Archer's Tempo Dragonfly one :( I like Dragonfly but I hate using bows that don't have Archer's Tempo

Shoot to Loot + Dragonfly is actually a super good combo on Wolftone, the Dragonfly explosion does surprisingly good damage in GM-level content and the explosion also procs Shoot to Loot. It’s pretty fun to use
Arsenic Bite is in the game so Wolftone is literally useless. Dragonfly explosive head way better than shoot to loot. Literally would never find myself using all of my special and heavy ammo in one engagement.
@@fpsocelot your comment ignores RNG. Wolftone is far easier to farm for with engrams whereas Arsenic is part of the world pool…good luck getting that very specific roll to drop off all the potential world weapons and drops you can get. That’s why Wolftone is so important/popular.

Archers Tempo + Dragonfly is definitely a very good option in content such as this weeks GM or any Taken Master/Legendary Lost Sectors. I've ran 30 or so GM's this week with mine and another handful with Ticcu's. Shoot to Loot though I have found no use for. Well not since solo Crota in D1 anyway.

BTW, Timed Payload is extremely good when paired with champion mods, if there is any for the specific weapon you have. There was a Overload mod for handcannons some seasons back and the seventh seraph revolver was nasty!

Hell yeah it is! even better than explosive payload because of that delayed damage counting as 2nd hit making it more consistent! I'd highly recommend everyone go for a Field Prep + Timed Payload True Prophecy. you reload hella quick with field prep, practically have infinite range due to explosive damage not having any drop off, and high damage because 120s have high impact
Fatebringer does the same with Explosive Payload, maybe even better, since Explosive Payload doesn’t deal random damage

3:30 shoot to loot/ dragonfly on that bow is god tier and people haven't posted about it enough. Dragonfly allows shoot to loot to pick up a shit ton of ammo from safety. Even from the enemy that you killed to proc dragonfly
idk for future season, but as long we still have Trinity Ghoul i can easily dismantle dragon fly on Arc Bow

Kinda happy i kept this wolftone i got, didnt notice it until i switched to a different bow(point of the stag for more damage, I usually can never do GMs since im a solo player) that shoot to loot dragonfly definitely comes in handy.
@@joris_db i'll using arc bow but not with dragonfly, i will using GL on Kinetic for ads clearing or maybe kinetic primary weapon. i have arsenic bite with explosive, it will be more usefull for heavy activities such GM or Raid.
Finally got my S2L + Dragonfly yesterday. Not a God roll only comes with 612 draw time. It’s really useful for content like GM or other.
Also, shoot 2 loot allows you to reloads stowed weapon when it procs and work with lead from gold too while you shooting on heavy brick.
I really love these, hopefully Datto can convince more high profile people in the community to do these. I never thought I'd watch Mr. Fruit's all the way through but I'm so happy I did.
Overflow/Frenzy is the best roll on your Rendition. Synergy is very good. Frenzy is always active, increase stability, handling, and reload. You can get 54+ in the mag depending on what you are using and then insta reload with a near max speed once you bottom out the mag. Never get rid of that gun roll.
Subsistence One for All does the same job but better. Never reload and deal over twice the damage.

ive been bingeing these datto vault clearing videos while i farm shuro chi to level weapons/catalysts and i love them lol, im probably the polar opposite of a vault hoarder where i dismantle TOO MUCH stuff, mostly because i dont know which perks are good on certain guns apart from the super meta stuff

I run an adagio, archers tempo wolftone for GMs and ive found it can one hit kill alot of the small trash mobs after the adagio damage boost, i do really like it.
I find the archer frenzy combo is better. Once frenzy kicks in you get the reload as well as the damage. It becomes the smoothest bow in the game bar none.

@@MrSeagallo reload masterwork on mine love it to bits favorite bow. The reload mw takes it up to 55 so when frenzy kicks in it's maxed out. Mines got agile/flexible, fiberglass/helical, archer's, and frenzy/dragonfly

Seemed pretty cooperative, and it makes sense to be somewhat resistant on any deletions you're unsure of, usually better to keep things you feel you'd regret giving up. Getting those rolls back means more farming dedicated to that over anything else.

Some things you works so hard for! literal sweat and TEARS of frustration have gone into collecting them.. Ace of spades for example..will I ever use it again? maybe not, but I love Cayde.He holds my heart and therefore I will hold his weapon in my vault for all time..The OG one.The first one I received. That Witherhoard + Wolftone Harmony combo seems super sick. I never even thought of it and I use Witherhoard all the time, so I'm definitely going to try that out.
Also that moving target + ele cap Shayura seems like it would be super sick with a Peacekeeper Titan.

I would’ve kept the no distractions/kill clip, superb dueling capabilities. Also one of my go to weapons(bias)
Both have great situational uses, although I think no distractions is slightly overrated
3:23 coming from a bow main, thats the god roll bow for pvp as well as pve. It's capable of having the highest accuracy while having the lowest draw speed. Fiber glass arrow with polymer string is the one of the top rolls, plus archers tempo is amazing.
I don't think they use bows often enough, even just for the fun of it. I was screaming in my head when he dismantled it. I use mine with dragonfly mod and make sure I get the headshots. Have a few combos with dragonfly, all are staying put. Worth it just for the lightening strikes and watching ads go flying everywhere.

I found the best way to clean your vault out. So what you do is go to custom matches with a group of buddy’s. Set your load out on random on DIM and every match Randomize your load out. I probably deleted over 50 items just from doing this.
Cross before you go and delete a bunch of your weapons try out some of your old Sunset ones in 6v6 and see how they do because a lot of these changes they've been making have affected them too but because they're not currently usable in PVE people have completely over looked them
I know I’m some random destiny player and not “Datto” but I have a Wolftone Draw with 3000+ PVE kills on it that is
Impulse Amplifier+DragonFly with a DragonFly spec. It’s absolutely insane. I use in Master Hunts, Master Nightfalls, and Master Avarice. It’s really great for crowd control and is not “crap” by a mile!

Adagio and archers temp is great, it boosts damage and makes you fire faster but it's semi punishing when you miss heads. It's a great combo that feels really good.

I love dragonfly on my wolftone, I even add the extra dragonfly perk. Watching enemies heads explode and take out the two guys stood next to them is very satisfying. I'm almost all PvE though.

that shayura's with moving target elemental capacitor is actually a great little gimmick with peacekeepers and stasis because you're basically moving at the same speed when you're hipfiring and when you're aiming down sights

The wolftone with dragonfly is my absolute workhorse. I use it on every activity specially now that you can use the monstrous arbalest for anti-barrier and overload bow you can use another linear to have unstoppable on a optimized loadout for DPS and utility on high level activities. dragonfly + shoot to loot is amazing as the explosions pick up ammo and reload your weapon. You can obviously just shoot at bricks of ammo on those nightfalls that require you to camp on a very far distance without risking your life.

I love the vide, definitely had some good laughs and learned somethings. I do wanna say remember that firmly doesn't require you to be crouching all the time, hitting a crouch while strafing in a 1vs1 also triggers it
Use the weapons and rolls that you like, and that fit your playstyle. Don't wait for someone else's validation. Destiny should be played the way you want to play it, not the way youtube tells you to.
The problem is. A lot of people just listen what the streamers and TH-camrs say is good. Not many go for what they like.
Yup, some of that just comes with experience. I've always used the datto approach to stuff thats just sitting not being used. I've never had space issues but these videos made me think on a more deeper level. Im not Pvp player but had several well/God roll pvp guns that was just sitting collecting virtual dust. I got rid of some and kept a few for a rainy day when I'm bored but in actuality I could free up more space if I really wanted to.

My team was using LP+Malfeasance with a well warlock and a bubble/stasis titan for this week's GM
My Bow requirements: Polymer/Elastic String - Fiberglass Arrow - Drawtime Masterwork. Needs those before I look at the trait perks.
Traits that I like on bows Impulse Amplifier/Archer's Tempo maybe Shoot to loot which pairs kinda well with harmony, and in the last slot Harmony/Dragonfly/Frenzy or Demolitionist if you are looking for a bow with your grenade build.
I value masterworks because having the gold bar in the right spot looks aesthetic when inspecting a weapon

Well that wulftone saved my ass way to many times during Hollowed lair GM. Exploading riders caused by dragon fly killed all those mini screeb that spawned from them, and archers tempo just allowed me to kill them quicker with 2 arrows.
This series inspired me to purge! 440 in the vault (down from 499). Still work to do, my 3 characters have only 1 open slot for incoming gear. *usually only 1 character, while the other 2 act as storage lol
“Harmony” is embedded in my head for the rest of the year 🤣😂

My whole mindset when it comes to weapons is to keep just one roll of a gun, PvP or PvE roll doesn’t matter. So far haven’t gone over 300 space including armors.
That being said they need to let us freely organize the vault space like a backpack in other games.
