This is just the kind of music I would expect from Jacob at this point, after jamming out and trying most of his playlists, this is straight death-race fire. It reminds me of Jak-X Racing from my childhood. Which is the greatest compliment I can give! It has that vibe to be serious, but also feels very chill, not to mention that amazing sound-work. I dunno if this is prog but just instrumental in general I love the musicianship in general. As a 2 1/2 decade+ long guitarist who noodles along with mediocrity to these mixes, you should pick it up, instruments are hard but music is strangely easy, which is a weird and counter intuitive statement but some other self taught guitarists will understand it. Never to late to try a new hobby :)
