After watching a crafter run down her cards through the whole video, it is so refreshing to listen to you. Yes, you are confident (and humble) and of course know what your doing! Thank you Cathy! You make great cards!
I could make Christmas cards all year round 😍 after making loads of cards with Easter eggs, rabbits & spring flowers earlier in the year I couldn't resist making a card with a few snowmen 😁
Just started making Christmas cards this weekend. Finished 18 outsides already and still working. I usually make at least 50 unique cards every year. I love making Christmas cards. This is how I got started cardmaking. It's just so much fun.
Your cards are so simple, elegant, and beautiful! I struggle trying to make something fancy and end up throwing them away and sending very few cards! Going simple and elegant this year 💖
I make a few Christmas cards each month, starting in January, so that I don't get overwhelmed at the end. I switch up the design each month because I get bored otherwise. Then in December, no card making, only card sending.
Thanks for this video, Cathy. I always say I'm going to start making Christmas cards in July but end up making them in November or December! You have inspired me because of the simplicity of your cards. They are beautiful! I always feel like I have to go over the top and make these elaborate creations. Then it becomes a burden and I don't get many cards made. I'm going to try to be like Cathy this Christmas (in July)! Thanks for the great videos.
I try to keep it SUPER simple. I know if I go too over the top, I'll never make more than one! Although I tend to just make one for my channel, and then make a bunch of other styles, and send out all different ones to my crafty friends!
love, Love, LOVE the graphic look in your last two videos, Cathy - very inspiring... 👍🏻👍🏻 Reached the realization that, visually, I get "overwhelmed", I think - your style really breaks down the process for me - thanks... 🙂
The way my mouth dropped open when I saw you rotate your gemini junior! 😮 I just purchased the Totally Tiffany so I can set up my gemini junior the same way. Thanks for the AMAZING idea! And I’ll give these cards a try. I’ve already made 100 Christmas cards and need a simple and good idea for the next batch. Hugs! 💛
Lol I only “garaged” my big-box of Christmas craft card supplies in April!! Set to be opened again in September, I guess I better hurry up and get my big tub back out!! Planner, I’m not! Thank you 🙏 again for your darling cards and you have the best personality on TH-cam!!
ok just ordered the die for the words and words. you are such an enabler. thank you, always looking for ways to create quickly and easily and since I send out alot of xmas cards, this will come in handy
Hi Cathy, from Calgary, AB Canada. Love watching your videos and as someone who starts on her Christmas cards very soon, can't get enough of Christmas in July! Thanks so much!
Sweet cards! I especially like the multi-sized trees. They’re cute & could be used for more than just Christmas. There’s a challenge for you! How many different uses can you get out of those 🌲🌲🌲? As for 💩 instead of boop? 😂😂😂 (What would a boop emoji look like?) Your videos are always a bright spot in my day. ❤️ Thanks for sharing! 😊❤️
Yes! I saw someone from the Waffle Flower team just use it as a cut out window with lovely papers and stamping below. I think I want to try a shaker card!
This is a wonderful simple design. I really like that about it. I received my dies on Friday, for this years CHRISTmas cards. I can't wait to give that blessing.
Cute cards! I can't wait for winter. I'm so sick of this heat and humidity. On the sentiment stamp maybe try to put the stamp onto the Misti mousepad and put the paper on the door as you have done with a rubber background stamp before. Maybe that would help get better adhesion of ink to paper.
I love Christmas in July . I already started buying Cathy what you used in your projects lol. Thank you for sharing another fun video . You are so much fun to watch and learn from.❤️❤️🎄
Hi Cathy ~ I love both of those cards!!! I need those dies the word stamp, paper. I don't have anything like that in my craft stash. It's HOT here in Michigan, When I let my dog out early this morning it was already sticky out there will to me, it was. Have a blessed day!!! Hope you had a great 4th of July!!!
Love these and love the label maker greetings. We had the label maker that you could put different wheels in to get different fonts I loved using it and it helped with spelling too For a while everything in the house was labeled.
I love the nested trees, that'll be a good way to use/save/archive wrapping small scale paper scraps I like too. Dunno about you but there's usually at least one wrapping paper I love, but it usually cannot be used and saved)
Such cute cards! ❤️ I want to start making my cards but there are too many cute Christmas stamps/dies/paper etc to decide!!! You just added two new options!
Watching you make cards is so fun for me. Love it! The reference to Dymo label maker is classic. Wayback machine stuff. I like the perfectly not perfect inked word images, so, well Dymo label looking. Great looking cards. Look forward to your next card sesh 👉
I love your cards. Thanks for sharing. I was thinking the holes on the tree could have been filled in with stickles or glitter type glue. I start Christmas cards in September.
These are great cards!! Still laughing at poop, but I have the same problem hearing (mis-hearing) words too, so I totally get it. I love your cards and now I think I'm back to SSS. Just placed an order and I feel another coming on. I love your videos!! As always, thanks so much for the inspiration!! BTW, high 80s in DFW. Weird, right? And rain!!! ~Audrina
@@czdesign 95degrees is a typical Christmas Day here. It was fun to see how you Northern hemisphere crafters deal with a hot Christmas 🎄. Great cards though xx
Great products and love your designs. The trees would also make great ornaments ! Thank you for sharing. Are you still living in Germany, looks like you have a heatwave ? 🌍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🌍
Ho Ho Ho, nuthin' but Love for Christmas in July (if only the sultry midwest weather would be not so "summery") Two Christmas cards that are as they say "Totally Adorbs" well I don't know who says that, but I've heard it - I'll just say AWESOME CARDS !! Just the thought of Christmas makes it seem cooler (or maybe that's the AC) #loveyourcards

That is awesome! I knew there were folks who'd already started!
I always look forward to your boops when adding your sequins! You stay cool as a cucumber in July making all your cute Christmas cards!
Oh thank you! But it's getting so hot here where I live!
Cutting the cover-BRILLIANT! Like the little stitched tree with circles- too kewt!
Thanks so much! 😊
I love that little gemini of yours. I will have to get on. Cutting the cover is true genius. Love these cards. Thank you.
You are so welcome
That is what Christmas is usually like in Australia, hot & sticky! I’d love to experience a white Christmas, but I don’t like the cold 🤪❤️🇦🇺
Yep! Our seasons are flipped from yours so I would imagine! I won't lie, when it's 30 below here, I wouldn't mind an Aussie Christmas!
Your cards are so simple, elegant, and beautiful! I struggle trying to make something fancy and end up throwing them away and sending very few cards! Going simple and elegant this year 💖
You can do it!
I make a few Christmas cards each month, starting in January, so that I don't get overwhelmed at the end. I switch up the design each month because I get bored otherwise. Then in December, no card making, only card sending.
I love that idea!
I do this too! That way you have Christmas all year long!

Love these! But who am I kidding, I love all your cards!
Awwww.
You make it look so effortless to come up with a full card from scratch. :) Those Dymo style sentiment blocks look like a great investment!
Thanks so much!
Love your tree trick. I’m going to try to remember that trick
"I'm not saying poop In saying boop" lmao 🤣
As always… I LOVE YOUR CARDS! Clean, simple and easy to make multiples. MERRY JULY CHRISTMAS!
Thank you so much!
CUTENESS! I'm not sure I'm up for making holiday cards quite yet, but I sure do love watching your creative process.
Thanks, Barb!
I just ordered these dies this morning so I love seeing your ideas for them. Now I just wish I had bought the paper pad too!
Hi Cathy...love your cards...simple & cute..🎅🤶
I forgot to say your Christmas cards are inspiring. Often simple but effective. You should do another series
On Christmas cards
Maybe I'll do some videos or a video just on clean and support Christmas cards? That could be really fun!
love, Love, LOVE the graphic look in your last two videos, Cathy - very inspiring... 👍🏻👍🏻
Reached the realization that, visually, I get "overwhelmed", I think - your style really breaks down the process for me - thanks... 🙂

I was so tired of pulling it away from the wall and it was a TH-cam viewer who told me about that rotating design board. I love it!

Thanks so much!
I love these cards Cathy!!! So clean & simple & lovely!! The new Waffle Flower release just has too many nice things!
I think so too!
Love the nesting tree card.
All that first one needs is a big purple triangle banner…dark plum, please.
Beautiful cards! I love the simple design. I need the rotating design board. I don't know why I didn't know about this product!
I like those skinnier glue bottles. Control.
Really cute cards! Love the boop attempts! Lol

I love Christmas in July. Now is the only time I can find to make all of the handmade Christmas hugs I need to send
I am the same way! It’s too busy from fall on to get them done then!
MINE IS CALLED A MIKE TOOL! I LIKE IT, SAW GINA K 'S VERSION AND MADE MY OWN. USED THE FANCY CURTAIN ROD ENDS.
LOVE that!
Cathy-I was a girl scout & girl scout leader too.. I must NOT buy any more craft supplies. I wish I was so organized. Booping out, Lee :-)
Be strong. Don't purchase! hahah! I tell myself that all the time.
