Nagisa is pretty godlike, you can just position the circle such that the sweeper bot never gets pushed too far back and remains in the sweet spot for full AoE - and it lasts a long time and is very consistent. I like to use Shiroko as the first pushback, then Nagisa, then do the rotation with Aru while waiting for the next sweeper.
I replaced Shiroko with Toki (Bunny) because Shiroko does not provide more "knockback". Toki (Bunny) provided a littlew more knockback, which earned me 3 stars.
I really hope in the future, Nexon will specify how many times an EX skills are gonna hit and separates the damage instance in the tooltips and not just clumps them into a single multiplier. Its such a crucial mechanic at this point (a lot of contents that need numbers of shot or the damage is capped at 1)
Thanks a lot, I made my own lineup out of this. I used Neru, S.Hoshino, Koharu and Aru in front and as support I used NY.Fuuka and Himari. It also worked well, 3 star and 120 sec)))
Mutsuki didn't do enough damage to clear it during my runs, but i managed to clear the challenge by swapping out shiroko and mutuski for s. Hoshino and d. Hina, and swapping out the specials for himari and ny. Fuuka
I had no Neru but ended up using Dress Hina, Kikyou, Maki, Kokona, NY Fuuka and Serina. Didn't get the 120 seconds but completed the challenge with everyone alive and 3 stars :), thanks for the pushback tip.
I don't have a leveled Neru tank. But you can use an unleveled 3 star Bunny Toki for this though to knock the sweeper straight to the back once it reaches your tank. Completed in 1:45 with S. Hoshino (Tank), Bunny Toki (sweeper duty), and Koharu (healer). For AOE DPS, I used NY Haruna and NY Fuuka, but I think there are many options that could have worked. Like Mutsuki or Aru.
You kind of need to have low cost units for this otherwise you won't be able to rotate in time for the next sweeper. Even with S.Hoshino, especially if you only have Maki. My Neru can't tank it alone so instead I went with S.Hoshino, B.Toki, Shiroko, Aru and Himari, Ako. It's also nice to know that you have to hold your EX for the sweeper until they get pretty close to the tank. I only had Shiroko in there for faster rotation but also to make sure that I was able to push the sweeper back succesfully.

Yes, any neru should push the same distance. When do you push back the sweeper? Let it pass the enemies a little like in the video before pushing it back.

Crazy difficult with only Maki and Azusa as alternatives. 5 Cost is way too much, can't even clear it in time in 10 tries, but I'm very close to that. Level 77.
i like this challenge but at the same time i hate it.. cuz everytime i wanna hit the sweeper.. it somehow redirected to the mobs.. and oh god.. i hate it btw great guide and thanks

Nice guide. Changed Shiroko to S Nonomi and Ako to NY Fuuka (for S Nonomi's EX) and it worked as well, cleared in 1:40

targeting the sweeper is hard, my thumb keep blocking my view

Neru’s level doesn’t matter.
I use Lv35 Neru with Lv1 equipments and skills.
If you have 1 AoE red dmg built, you good.
If not, well~ can’t help.

I wanna ask. Neru must EX 5? Now mine at EX 3 and 3*. But I saw the damage is 1, mean it's just for pushing back to debuff the enemies
My neru also do 1 dmg.
You only do 1 dmg to the sweeper, because its explode by itself over time not because you destroy it.

Maki, azusa, s hinata is harder to use because of high cost.
I can't clear it in 120 sec, I don't have any well build AOE Red 😭
if you have D Hina you can use her to clear the enemies at the end.
