How to use Gorilla Glue as a rod finish?

    I use a small piece of cloth.. works better than paper towel

    Thanks for this. I have 2 blanks glued up and am planning a GG finish for one and Tru-Oil for the other.

    I'm going to try this on a $49 black graphite switch rod I got off of Amazon, but I swear that it looked UNFINISHED.
    If I can give it a glossy finish just using (White) Gorilla Glue, I'll be tickled !

    thanks for this. Do you heat the gorilla glue before applying? It seems to me that it would be easier to apply...

    gorilla clear willl do it in one coat do eye wrap also make vintage rod look new
