I bought this with the front hose. It’s ok for small jobs providing the leaves are dry if they are wet you can forget it waste of time. The hose is a pain to fit again works reasonable well if the leaves are dry if wet it’s useless. Too expensive for the small jobs it can tackle would not recommend. Not trouble starting it runs fine. It’s fiddly to take off and reattach the bag clips are under specked.
Do you think it would pick up acorns? I have a ton of them and leaves in my back yard. Reasonably small yard at 1/2 an acre. I’m in between this and a yard sweeper. There’s a guy getting rid of one for only $200 & I was thinking about pulling the trigger. Any input would be appreciated!
Hello Riley....yes it will pick up acorns I have those along with horse chestnuts which are also collected but it only does this well provided they are dry. If they are mixed with a lot of wet leaves then its not so good. I would choose the yard sweeper over the billy goat. I would not purchase the Billy Goat given the chance again.
@@rileyhodge7879 if he is getting rid of it for 200 then there is a reason. If it’s dry then it’s just ok it’s a no go From my point of view. Perhaps your looking at the cheap price not the experience Of others. The motor is good after that it all heads south. The hose is too short and very awkward to fit the unit is difficult to push over grass
Great device! Is it possible to plug in a hose into the front part to make it possible to vacuum from under bushes and trees? And it would be great to see how to dump the sack. Thanks!
Have a look here: th-cam.com/video/sU35X6H4SHs/w-d-xo.htmlm35s You can now watch the LB352 sucking up leaves with the hose attachment. Enjoy watching :)

It is better than raking I will tell you that. You gotta be kidding me! Rake? So go ahead, rake, now have the wind blow the leaves, rake again, bend, pickup leaves, dump leaves in trash. Good luck with that. I have one I use on artificial lawn and pavers. It is not perfect as it is harder to push than in a lawn but it does a decent job on the high setting. It is great on pavers and sidewalks when picking up the leaves of your inconsiderate neighbirs. The hose sucks though and not in a good way as if there is a huge pile then it will clog up at the intake. They have many models so depending on your mess and application you could go to the next model and spend a pretty penny.

Looks blimin slow though, can we pick up the pace please?
Question: does it work well on slopes?
Not really
If it’s a gentle slope but not otherwise

That machine sucks ! Lol a rake would be faster. I think you need the next model up
Everyone can have their own opinion - you can have yours. Good luck with the rake :)
