Great advise! I got some for you too, wear latex gloves when you deal with adhesives and rubbing alcohol....

thanks for your video! the 2 sticky thin parts are made to be used on the 2008 hard top (front outside) instead than the 2 large you put

Excellent. Thanks!. I’ve done all this with a new set of gaskets and foam from rugged ridge and molar gaskets. Currently waiting for the next rainy day to test it. What’s up with those tubes? For the soft top? I have one of the OEM models so I’ll check it. Thanks for taking the time.

The foam tubes go on the inside of the rubber seals on each panel, and the big foam tube goes on the hard top middle where the panels sit on hardtop, kinda have to feel where the old one is.

Where exactly? In the hollow part of weather stripping on the passenger one where they meet?

    Did this fix the leak??

Yes, for the most part. Replacing the foam made a huge difference. There is still a small leak at the back corner of the driver door but that is due to the damaged rubber seal on the roof. I pointed out in Part 1. I am about to make one more video fixing this. So stay tuned!
