I miss the old region 2 4A. Gaffney, Spartanburg, Dormant, Union, Rock Hill, Northwestern and even Chester. They need to bring that back and add South Pointe to it. Boom. The strongest region in the upstate.
You're right. I played in Spartanburg (1990-1991). It was the most competitive conference in the state by far. Many championships.
@@Jacen777as a bearcat back then, all we cared about was the region games. Everyone else was a pick up game.
@@rellistic8815 Rockhill used to be pretty good. Shawn Sterling was the only guy in HS I ever saw really knock down Stephen Davis.
