you guys should really create a third livestream for answering questions and then the two others focus on actually going through harder more complex issues which reveal lots of tricks and tips on the way
What i have different knowledge base to different user? So if user A has a different knowledge base with information that is relevant specifically to his account. How do i tackle this?
Raw input wasn’t working on my end, I was looking for a tutorial and in your official video it also didn’t work. Is there a normal tutorial on how to use raw input with knowledge database?
I've been working at this for hours. I'll to into my KB to test a question and it answer is. I'll go to work flow and try raw input with Default KB or Select All and it never finds it.
Can you make a video tutorial on a situation where the query of the user is not included in the knowledge base of the system and display a message stating that is not part of the scope. Thank you in Advance
hii,love from India. I have a knowledge base.When there is no valid answer found in the knowledge base, I want to prompt the user.I have added an expression .But the problem is , when it gives answer,it shows that other case prompt as well with the answer. How to avoid it?

Can we request a feature that the website gets reindexed every day or period?
Current solution by Botpress seems to be to "Search the Web","Search specific website" instead of using the static "Website"

You can access knowledge base queries through any capture card - just ensure that you have knowledge base answering enabled in the card's settings :)
